CIBC Branch with ATM

Took me in last minute so I could open an account, very friendly and answered all of my questions

This is th worst financial institution to deal with ,Due to overdraft and failure to pay(hello pandemic) they closed my bank account! So now I can not receive CERB.They state they are responsible and understand the hardships we face currently and do not care. I have been paying the interest every month out of the CERB and been trying to get business going again.They are horrible I been with them since 2012 and they don't care about it's clients.This branch in particular failed a Mystery Shopper review by laughing at me then asking colleagues to come and laugh at me. There is no professionalism here and they just want your business regardless of world situation.

Worst customer service ever.

Quite possibly the worst CIBC branch on the south shore, staffed by lazy People, one person working on a Thursday afternoon. You can't walk in to open an account, you have to take an appointment... This branch is a joke. Drove to the one on Taschereau and even though they were about to close they offered to stay late to open my account.. Awesome! Stay away from this half hearted attempt at a bank in Saint-Hubert. I mean seriously it's 2017 and there's a lot of competition....

Terrible, terrible customer service. No one seems to know the answer to the simplest questions.

Rarely full and the advisor was kind and not pushy. She could've known her products more.

This has been my bank since I was 5 years old. I'm extremely happy with it. The staff is amazing! I highly recommend banking at this branch.
