Pure + Simple King West

I had extremely reactive, sensitive skin prior to my first visit. I tried everything to clear it up. Sea salt micro with Anna saved my face! I don't even wear foundation anymore. I constantly get compliments about my skin. I see Anna every 6-8 weeks for maintenance. She is an angel.

I had a great experience with Harmela, she’s an amazing esthetician. My skin has improved a lot since I started incorporating her regimen and recommendations, now I’m finding my skin is looking the healthiest it has ever been in my life. I would highly recommend her for anyone interested, I am now going for facials monthly for up keep and haven’t had a breakout in months!

Amazing facial! Anna was so sweet and knowledgeable. My skin was soft like a baby. She asked me what my skin concerns were and provide excellent treatment. Also very lovely head and neck massage during mask treatment.

The holy grail of facials. I could not recommend this place more. Competitive prices, professional staff and a comfortable space. My skin is glowing every time I leave and I never react to any of the products (sensitive skin). It’s a win!

I have never had a facial because I have sensitive and allergy prone skin and was worried about reacting to products I had no knowledge about... But alas aging is a thing and I am also getting married this year and want to be able to look at my photos without cringing. So I booked an appointment online and wow just even from the extensive onboarding questionnaire I felt waaay more at ease. The facial itself was relaxing and comfortable and I didn't react negatively to anything. the staff also explained each step of the process which I appreciated. Will definitely come again soon !

Very disappointing experience at Pure + Simple King St W location. It was my first time here and I had Aga? as my esthetician who supposedly had been here for 15 years.The consultation at the beginning felt very judgmental as I talked about my skin concerns and routine. She criticized areas of my skin and immediately suggested that I need the sea salt or aquadermabrasion treatment which I declined.The actual procedure (Revitalizing Pear Facial) was nothing special and extractions were carelessly done. The scalp and décolleté massage was not good at all.However, the worst part was after the facial when she was recommending products to me. As she was going around the store getting samples, she said you can get these products “when you make more money.” I was taken aback at this rude comment and her assumption that this would be my situation just because I wasn’t interested in purchasing their products. I also kept getting lectured on how these “preventative measures” are key and I would have to spend much more on procedures in the future if I didn’t follow them.Overall, this was not a relaxing environment or experience and I left feeling much worse than when I had walked in. My skin felt dehydrated within 2 hours.Please train your staff on how to have good customer service and create a positive experience. I will never be back.

Great experience - I got the sea salt microdermabrasion. Anna is an expert in what she does. I have very sensitive skin and their products were gentle. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Best facial and scalp massage I've had in my life! I had the Revitalizing Pear Fig Facial. It was an incredible experience. Amazing estheticians, their customer service is exceptional and caring. They even have great specials each month. I can't wait to come back!

Received a facial treatment for the first time and the experience was truly invigorating. The entire process was very relaxing and my skin (which is very acne prone and red) looked more calm after.The staff is also very knowledgeable and can help you find the product you need. Overall, I had a wonderful visit!P.S. Try their tea, it’s simply pure and simple. :)

I have been seeing Aga for years and she is the most professional and knowledgeable esthetician I have ever had work on my skin. Her care and attention to your skin and it’s needs are unparalleled. She simply is the best at facials and always customizes them to suit what you need at the time. The difference to my skin is unbelievable since I started seeing her ! Trust me I’ve had many mediocre facials before I went to Pure and Simple and Aga and Pure and Simple have changed the Skin Care game!
