I did water testing they told me the results would come back in 48 hours... still didn't hear back for 2 weeks I had to contact them for my results. Plus the test is 56$They changed their hours but did not change the hours on the website or on their sign out front. I wasted my time going there twice and they were closed. Bad service. People wasting their time go there and they are not open. I saw a few other people going there too and they were closed.

Great company to deal with. I have been dealing with them for years. They are professional, fair, and courteous. They know the local water issues and have proven ways to solve them. They also back their product and have always been there at a moments notice when I have had issues. The invoicing was also always more than fair. It is reassuring to have Apollon in our community.

Called them in for diagnostic for an intermittent water problem where we didn't get water from the well. Water would not come in for a few hours and then would start again..Technician came in and spent a few mins looking for water setup in the basement. Noticed the pressure tank with low pressure and measured the current in pump switch. He diagnosed that the pump was bad and needed replacement.We told him pump works intermittently and we get water for many hours with high pressure. He insisted it can't be anything except the well pump. He assured us the water will be back if he replaced the pump, so we agreed to move forward with the $2000 expense of replacing the pump. Old pump Was under 5 years old.2 hours after pump replacement, exact same issue of low pressure and then no water happened. Called back the same guys and within 5 mins they concluded there is no water in the well and we should dig an artisan well (over $20k) :).This could have been the conclusion in the first place, without us spending the $2000 on this new pump. I'm not satisfied with their ability to diagnose the real problem.Nice guys and fast at what they did, but not good for diagnosing real problem and solving it efficiently. If you want to spend the money without thinking, then they might be ok, but I'm not happy about the fact that they made me buy a new pump when the real problem was something else. My pump was still good, despite whatever they say.Pls make sure you question and challenge their diagnoses or get a second opinion before moving forward with purchase.
