Automotive parts department is incredibly slow, dont even acknowledge you when there is two of them behind the counter, also a person calling in on the phone at that moment has priority over someone who has been patiently waiting there for 10 minutes. Just poor customer service. Three stars because I'm from out of province and someone did speak English, which I'm grateful for.

Had a nail in a tire as we were on our way to Gaspe. They got me in right away with a quick fix. Back on the road and it is only 8:30 AM. Great service!

Brought a tire in with a leak. The leak was patched for about 70kms. Then the patch failed. I lost the tire due to the bad patch job. I had to replace the tire at another Canadian Tire at 10 times the cost of the patch.
