As a self employed artisan, it is always a challenge to find a venue that showcases beautiful, local work in a classy environment. Victoria Market Collective not only does that but they are themselves women artists and understand the value and the importance of what an artisan is and how much work they put into their goods. The products they carry are carefully chosen and showcased in such a beautiful way. I do a lot of my gift shopping there and ALWAYS find something for everyone, be it women, men, children and others. Both locations are easily accessible and have great parking! The Bay Centre location has free 3 hour parking I believe evenings and weekends. Check it out...you will love it!

It was fabulous to see local artists in one spot as there are no craft markets anymore. I found many things for family & friends but also for myself! Not your average gift store - MC carries a lot of one of a kind, local and unique brands, oftentimes being the sole retail partner of some Canadian artists. Great selection of items for the whole family, the home, gifts & beauty. Especially, love the great, knowledgeable service.

This store is my absolute favourite and go-to place, both for myself and for gifts! They have such an incredible collection of diverse and stunning local artists - everything from soap to jewellery to housewares. I cannot recommend this store enough - exactly what Victoria needed!

The staff here are top-notch, they go above and beyond! On my vacation, I picked up a souvenier at their shop. Got home, long story short, the souvenier was stolen. As their website didn't carry item, I asked if they had any more left in stock. They had a couple left. I felt like it was a big ask, but could they mail me one? No problem, it was in mail next day! They made my daughter's (birth)day, thank you!!

I haven't gone to the mall in ages and it was such a treat to go in this week and find this wonderful little local shop! Usually at the mall you're finding big box stores, so what a treasure this was. It's got a wide selection of locally-crafted jewelry, toys, art pieces, clothing, cheeseboards, all kinds of things! Definitely worth a visit (or three!). Looking forward to coming back soon.

Great customer service. I had some questions about some particular earrings for my wife, the retailer located the ones I was after and had then set aside at the location for me to pick up. Prompt, friendly and locally made to boot :)
