Removed my stump carefully and in a very professional manner. The cost was very reasonable and owner John was friendly and well qualified. He had a powered stump remover machine and did the job quickly. Arbre are also removed a maple that was a casualty of the 1998 ice storm. I highly recommend this company

I contacted ArbreCare Tree Service the morning after a spring windstorm with serious concerns about a big tree near the house; the owner arrived later that afternoon to do a thorough walkaround with us. John answered all our questions and left us with a comprehensive quote. His crew was here the next day and took the tree down quickly, as well as expertly trimming other trees according to our agreement. The invoice was for the exact amount quoted and not a penny more.This was the second time we engaged ArbreCare Tree Service and we greatly appreciate their knowledge and efficiency. Start to finish, ArbreCare Tree Service exhibits professional and personal courtesy, and their level of expertise is unparalleled. Proper pruning and maintenance is essential to the continued healthy growth of trees and is best left to these experts. We highly recommend them and will be requesting their services again shortly!

CUSTOMER BEWARE: I contacted ArbreCare Tree Service med-week to have a tree stump removed. The person I spoke with asked me to visit their website then email them with instruction and information. He then stated that he would put a work order the next morning. I did just that yet Friday came and still to return email or call. I had to email them once again. In the early afternoon they said they may not get to me today. My weekend project was not happening. I was not impressed at how they operated. No customer service. I sent a few more emails but they were not answered. I wish they told me from the beginning that they wouldn't be able to help me. I would have called another company and my weekend project was have not been put on hold. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!

If using this company be sure to: get a written, DETAILED quote describing the work to be done; make sure you will be home when they arrive and supervise, insist on 24 hours notice.

I purchased a home with mature, overgrown and unkempt landscaping that included several trees that needed to be removed, destumped and some saved.They were professional and did an outstanding job as well as cleaned up the sight spectacularly...I would highly recommend them for all your Arbre Care needs....

I had no issues dealing with these guys, thanks to my good neighbour's referral. Jonathan and the crew cut a few large branches over my roof and backyard. It was a true precision work, and they managed really well. There is no damage to the roof, property or wires. I was scared watching them backing their truck into my tiny driveway, but they did no mistake, leaving just over a foot to the house wall. They cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the job. They totally knew what they were doing. On the same day they removed a dead tree from my neighbours yard, a big part of which was over my house. Again, no complaints. The tree was taken down nicely, with no damage to either property, and the area well cleaned. Oh.. and their prices were hard to beat. These guys have my top recommendation.

VERY DISSATISFIED .. BEWARE…DO NOT USE THIS TREE SERVICE COMPANY. Owner is a smooth talker but not a good listener. He claimed that unlike other companies in town" they have been doing this for 30 years and his crew are "expert" Arborists (like himself) who knew what they were doing. Well I wish I had read these other reviews beforehand. These so called "experts" MUTILATED my beautiful 40+ year old red maple tree! They cut off two of its largest limbs (that did not have to be removed at the trunk) and completely DESTROYED not only the look of this majestic beauty but also robbed us of the privacy that it gave us at the front of our home. I LOVED THIS TREE and they BRUTALLY chopped off so much of it that there is nothing left of it to enjoy. In fact I get ENRAGED all over again every time I step outside and see what they did to it! I will not recommend ArbreCare and will never hire this company again. After having been told during estimate consultation that there would be no cost overruns on an initial tree price of $800.00 with machine, I was told by workers on the day that costs were actually determined by the pace at which they chose to cut down trees. Little wonder that they took ample breaks to run the bill up to $1200 at a rate of $200/hour. I also learned that counted time did not start with actual work, but with one hour travel included (an aspect never mentioned in the verbal estimate). To be subjected to a further shake down of $200 to cut down the last two trees included in the originally agreed work was simply intolerable, bordering on extortion, and rightly refused. Clearly, I should have insisted upon a written estimate rather than words alone. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me ….

O stars isn’t available. Or that is what they would get. I watched this company treat my best friend horribly. They offered her a FREE estimate and after she decided it was too high, she clearly told them not to do it. I have a copy of her messages. Obviously no such thing as a free estimate BEWARE! They went on her property when she wasn’t home without her permission and did the work anyways. Then left a bill her mailbox!!!! Who does that???? Very bad customer service!!!!
