Food was cold one hamburger patty was hard as a rock and lukewarm and the chicken burger was even worse!!! and this is the first McDonald's I've ever been to where you can't have a second refill of soda.if I could I give them 1/2 a star!!!!

This is probably the SLOWEST service ever. Took almost 20 minutes to get 2 sundays and 2 cheeseburgers at the drive-thru. A complete embarrassment to the fast" food industry. Fix your restaurant and stop abusing people's patience."

Usually, a mcmuffin comes with an egg. but at mcdonald's I don't know why but they don't come with an egg. I bother to say a mcmuffin with egg but I get one without an egg!! Seriously, we would have to open all the meals in the drive thru to be sure we got the right thing, it's really exhausting, are the employees not listening to us or what? bad service as always

Half made Big Mac, no pickles, not the right lettuce and messed up all four sandwiches ordered. Third time in a row with a bad experience. Hopefully someone actually look at the review and coach the team on how to execute the orders.

I just went through the drive through.The 10 piece nuggets meal ; everything was cold, the worst was the cold nuggets, they were shriveled up from sitting for too long and chips cold..I asked for a pumpkin spiced latte and it came with no pumpkin flavor or whipped cream.The line was so long I didn't bother to go back in... But I'm very dissatisfied with my experience.It also took over 10 mins just to pay!

Went to order 4 snack mcflurries. I paid then waited at the Window for 8 minutes while there were 4 out of 5 employees in the drive thru area talking and hugging while my order was ready by the only person working and melting on the counter.when the girl gave me my order through the window, I told her to give the orders to the customers instead of chatting with her colleagues.. She gave me the dirtiest look when I said that!Customer service 101

The good: the digital ordering system was easy to use. The place was clean.The not so good: does McD's sell salads anymore? There were none on offer. We ordered medium fries, an egg McMuffin, and a drink. It took 10 minutes to prepare and they forgot the drink. Well, OK, it was dinner time, and they had at least one trainee on shift. But still, that seems like a longish wait.I wonder if they give priority to the drive-through. We were walk-ins.
