Our strata complex engaged On Call Property Services (also known as Baruch Power) for a complex-wide project to replace rotted fascia board trim on all buildings, including the upgrading of metal flashing.The owner operator, Charles, was willing to meet with council members numerous times to provide a fulsome quote and scope of work for the project, and worked with council to arrange work at a highly competitive and fair rate, on a schedule that worked best for our community. The project was several months in duration, and due to the age of the complex, further repairs were uncovered.Charles kept council updated on progress throughout, providing subject matter expertise to help guide council’s decision making and conducting regular site tours to ensure all members were aware of progress and the work being undertaken, and could raise any concerns at any time.Charles was always present on site overseeing the work of his team, who themselves were very professional and kept things clean and tidy, and was always reachable by phone and email for questions from council. The quality of work completed was of an exceptionally high standard, and we will be looking to utilize Charles and the team for future projects as needed.
