Based on my very recent interaction with Virden Mainline Motors I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. They claim they are all about their glowing reputation however that could not have been further from the truth during our communications. Their business practices are shady at best and the situation was not only frustrating but insulting as well.Do better. Be better to your customers regardless of age or gender.

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO NOT BUY GM. Purchased a vehicle with them that was sold to me as comes with winter tires" .. As soon as there was a mix up with them

Absolutely horrible place to buy a vehicle, they performed some last minute repairs on our vehicle before delivering it. All of the repairs they completed failed and now we are looking at a 7,000 plus bill. Drake is terrible to deal with and would barely talk to us about the matter. Do not get screwed over, shop else where

When my husband and I decided to trade my SUV for a Colorado truck four months back we went with Virden because they gave us a great deal. The staff we talked to were helpful and curitious. Even the gentleman who delivered the truck to our address. Everything was and seemed good. Hence why my husband Ben Newfield gave them a good review back then. However shortly after making the switch and receiving the truck my husband noticed the key fob was not working and there was only one key that came with the truck. He thought maybe there would be a second one in the paperwork envelope nope.So we notified the dealership about the issue. We were told that they didn't notice that the key fob did not work or was incorrect. Then when my husband checked the owners manual to see about replacing the battery on the key fob he noticed the key fob was not the same as the one in the owners book picture. Not even close or similar. Again the dealership did not recognize the error or were being helpful with the situation. All Virden would say was give it a couple months and we will send you the warrenty form to replace the fob. We'll we are now four to five months in and the guy we were talking to is now saying it's up to him. It's now up to the service department to handle that work.So now it's looking like my husband and I are just gonna have to pay out of our own pocket to replace the key fob and get an extra key. When honestly you would expect and think a dealership would make sure the key fob are correct and working for a vehicle before sending them off. And be curitious enough to insure a vehicle has two keys. Especially when there getting a vehicle with two working keys and key fobs in the trade. If anyone is buying from Virden Mainline check the key fobs first thing.

We had the best experience with Mainline! James found us the exact vehicle we were looking for and had everything done and ready to go in a matter of days. Lizel was wonderful in finance and stayed late to get everything finished for us! Highly recommend!

Great initial customer service during the process of purchasing a used vehicle; unfortunately, experience dramatically declined after signing the purchase agreement.Very difficult to get a hold of the sales manager after signing the purchase agreement, even prior to receiving delivery of the vehicle. Ended up with a maintenance bill of close to $1000 dollars about a week after taking delivery of the vehicle and was told it was my problem by the sales and general managers; even though I was told during the sale process by the sales manager, that my vehicle will be inspected thoroughly and will be sold in 'as good as new' condition prior to delivery. The sales manager was helpful when it came to purchasing and assisting with delivery of the vehicle into another province however, was NOT very punctual, impressive or helpful in regards to keeping up communications after the funds were received, information regarding status of my (yet to be delivered) vehicle or, any follow up service requests and issues. We love our 'new to us' vehicle, unfortunately, we cannot say the same about this buying experience or follow up.

James at Mainline always comes through with the exact vehicle I need/want for my family. Their parts and service dept. goes the extra mile.

My wife and myself had a very good experience I must say. All the staff we talked with threw text and phone calls were polite and curtious. All questions and concerns were addressed in a quick and timely manner. My wife and I decided to trade our suv in for a truck. We felt we got a more then fair deal on the suv and a good deal on the truck.Plus Virden had the truck delivered out to our place of residence over an hour from Virden. With all the paperwork to sign for the trade. That is something I've never had a dealership offer. Then the driver took our suv back to Virden. The delivery driver was professional and polite. In all it was a fantastic experience.Thank you Virden Mainline Motors for everything you did for us.

I am a loyal Mainline customer for 5yrs now, services was okay, but today they failed me. Went there this evening, to ask for my 2021 GMC Sierra block heater extension cord because It didn't come with the truck which I bought brand new. I just noticed it today because I want to plug it in tonight. The lady in the service department was very approachable but I was very upset when she told me that when she asked the manager, I have to pay $95 for the extension cord which should come with the truck in the first place because I bought it brand new. I will be having second thought from now on going there for my vehicles services.

Bought a used vehicle from them. Should have took how they treated us initially as a red flag. Constantly not being called back, run around with paperwork, and told “sorry we’re busy with customers” even after sending a deposit, how are we not customers? First day driving the vehicle home, A/C leak. (They did pay for the repair) Month later, major electrical issues, found out sunroof drains were plugged, found glass shards etc throughout also from a prior large accident that no one at dealership told us about (nor did the details show up on the car fax link they had somehow)and car ended up flooding. (Expensive fix) They offered to pay for only half the bill, but took multiple messages and calls to get through about that.Few months later (now) find a coolant leak, going through the entire engine structure, which also ends up being a massive fix ($6000+, 3+week repair) and also very clear the issue was there before we bought the vehicle.
