Needed to renovate half of my upstairs (2 bedrooms and a bathroom), as there was asbestos in the drywall, ceiling (popcorn) and bathroom (walls and floor tiles). Received quotes from a few companies, and no one was more professional or thorough that Robert and Templar. Provided a very detailed quote with a breakdown of all the costs, and provided some great perspectives on how to minimize disruptions and costs. Had to get my attic insulation redone as well, as most of the ceiling was being removed. After that was done Robert's team found lots of mould. He provided pictures and guidance on how to proceed and was able to have it abated very quickly and and a good price. Will be doing more projects in the future and Robert and Templar will be my first and only call to deal with any asbestos/mould.

Robert was a pleasure to deal with. He took samples from several areas of the house that needed testing for asbestos and had the results in the next day. The asbestos abatement and mould removal was done quickly and efficiently and both the sample testing and abatement/removal are at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Templar completed a level 3 asbestos abatement from the ceiling and walls of our basement. It was a big job and we are very happy with the result. We are repeat customers are Templar previously removed asbestos wrap from the ducts in our attic. Needless to say, we would highly recommend them.
