We've been doing business with Waste Connections of Canada for years, and they have always been a great fit for us. Never let us down, always available on the phone and accomoding special requests. They do offer what feels to me like a premium service compared to others in the market, who only seem concerned about the price. While I've never felt the need to change, eager competitors have offered quotes and I haven't seen anything that would make me give up the reliable and comfortable service arrangement we have going with WCC. Great job guys, keep it up and I wish you continued success.

Tried to call and contact. Number out of service and websites broken. Called the main number and a robot asks for postal code but apparently does not speak English and no other way to contact, not wasting my time

If I could give a zero star I would. Price will increase by 100% within the 5 year contract. They have no option to get out of the auto renewal... after which they continue to increase prices while you are locked into another 5 years. Customer service response is that's regular price increases" I went from paying $70/month to $140/month. I missed canceling my renewal by a short time and now I'm stuck for another 5 years. If the price continues to increase in the same rate I'll be looking at $280 month in 2021 when my contract expires. GO TO ANYONE BUT PROGRESSIVE WASTE"

My employer has a contract with Waste Connections for our garbage waste removal. Erin was extremely helpful in addressing my inquiry. With internal deadlines, getting the information I needed urgently was of top priority, and Erin helped make that happen (I believe they're at the Milton location). Very grateful for the great customer service provided at Waste Connections.
