Joe Gonzalez is Niagara’s BEST realtor. Hands down. He is a kind, funny, down to earth, and caring man. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the processes on both buying and selling. His customer service and communication is top notch. My partner and I reached out to Joe in October 2019 after being burned by another local real estate company. Joe is a real stand up dude. When asked if he could do a favor for me, he didn't even blink. He jumped at the opportunity to help out! He's a pillar of the community who's deep dive into the pizza pies that we love shine a light on establishments we might otherwise pass up. Just this last weekend, the fellas and I visited Yank's based off of Joe's score and we were not disappointed. He's enthusiastically local, and an all-around font of information and good humor.

From beginning to end, Joe Gonzalez and Gavin Parravicino where extraordinary! I contacted their office on behalf of my daughter in search of her first home. ( I also reached out to two other agents with no response until days after) Joe got back to me immediately, within minutes Gavin was in contact with my daughter and son in law booking viewings for the following weekend. Gavin was patient, professional and went over and beyond his duties! My daughter found her first home but had no idea about the process. Gavin helped in every aspect, mortgage brokers…. I had the privilege of meeting Gavin on their first home inspection, what a phenomenal man, so respectful, so fun and so relatable. My wife and I purchased a plot of land for our forever home a little while back. We were searching for months to find something that we loved, was in a good location, and was in our price range. We tried a few different realtors, some tried to push us away from land purchases, some didn’t return our calls, and one even tried to downplay one of the lots we did find, and tell us “we didn’t want that one” with no research or reason as to why. It was important to us to have a realtor to represent us in this case, because we wanted any local knowledge they had about the land or area (or information they could gather for us), and the realtor would know was happening with market and prices so we wouldn’t be just taking numbers from thin air.Once we were put in touch with Joe, our tables quickly turned. The difference was immediately evident, and we couldn’t be happier to start to see results. He searched for options and we presented him with our findings also, and he took the time to look into all of them. He shared the insight he had about the area, and gave us valuable information we would have been otherwise unable to obtain. When we found the one, he drew up our offer and submitted it. We did a few back and forths with the seller to work out the details, but every-time I was kept in the loop of changes, and well informed as to how the deal was progressing. Never was there a moment where I felt pressured, or rushed into making a decision, Joe took the time to clarify everything and go through all of our options.The deal closed, we were ecstatic, and Joe was excited for us!! We couldn’t have done it without his hard work, and dedication. He consistently shows care and kindness to his clients, as well as providing a professional level of service and outstanding attitude. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and will go the extra mile for you and your family when he’s representing you! We now have a home on our parcel of land, and wouldn’t change a thing. My boyfriend and I just bought our first home with Joe and he honestly was an absolute dream to work with!
