Rob was recommended by another company as many were booked for months. He was able to come in the week we needed him and came in even earlier than our original booking due to a cancellation. Rob was as friendly and professional on the phone as he was in person. He gave us a quote and unlike other companies, he stuck to it! Rob worked very quickly and got the house done in only an hour. The carpets came out cleaner than we expected and smelt just as great. At the end, Rob also educated us on how to keep them cleaner in the future. We were very satisfied with Rob's work and will absolutely be going to him in the future. Thanks Rob!

I was recommended to call Rob at Crown Carpet Care and I was extremely impressed with the services I received. Rob called to let me know he was on his way, wore a mask to ensure my health and safety and did an amazing job on the carpets. I asked for a deep cleaning of the basement carpets, as I had just moved into a new home, and he did a very thorough job. He was efficient, professional, friendly and very easy to work with. The rugs turned out great, stains removed, the price was great and the service excellent. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks Rob

I needed a carpet cleaned in a hurry and Crown arraigned to come on short notice when others couldn't. Excellent work. He knew carpets and how to treat them. Removed stains the previous cleaner didn't. I look forward to calling Crown Carpet Care in the future. They are a cleaner I can rely on to do a great job with personalized service. jj

I had purchased a king size bed in Calgary only to discover once home that the top portion of the fabric bed was badly damaged with ground in dirt. I tried several other companies to clean my bed before connecting with Crown Carpet Care. Crown Carpet was the only company to return my call. Rob Campbell gave me honest and professional answers to call my questions. I greatly appreciated his honesty. He was able to book an appointment within one week which I found most impressive. The ground in stains came out and my new fabric bed looks new again. I would definitely recommend Crown Carpet Care!
