Had quick service. Mike was on site to tow my truck within 30 minutes of my call. Towed my truck to the garage of choice and then drove me home. Great service. Thanks Mike.

I was so grateful for this company. I locked my keys in my van with my son in it. They came right away and were very efficient and didn’t charge me. He exclaimed any time a child is involved he doesn’t charge any fee. I was so very thankful. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of service. Thank you again!!!!

Set up a scheduled pickup and they were a no show.Then they never called to explain why or apologize!I would definitely not recommend this company.

My experience with Mike at Abstract Towing was exceptional. We were in a collision that felt pretty traumatic and he went out of his way to walk us through the process of what to expect next, how to be mindful with insurance, and made himself available anytime I had additional questions. He went above and beyond for us and I imagine it's this way with all customers as he just cares.

It was suppose to be a 24/7 pickup for the car, guy refuse to show up for straight 3-4 days and charged me for that.

Hands down, best guy to use, his prices are more than fair, he's friendly, knowledgeable and shows up. I've used him 3 times now in the last 3 months and can honestly say I won't use anyone else.

Called Wednesday and said they would tow my car that day. Called Thursday and said sorry they will do it today for sure Friday same story. This guy doesn’t respond to calls or texts and don’t believe if he says he’s coming. Worst tow company ever. Just answer and be honest.

They said it was a 24/7 service and I have to pay for 3 more days as the owner denied to show up. I will never recommend this to anyone, worst customer service ever. Fraud!!!

This company is extremely unprofessional. They try extorting me on my tow. Tried to charge me over 200 dollars for a 170 foot tow. They then changed to 150 then finally 125. I refused to pay that so I told them to put my car back. They then flipped me off and drove away with my car. They try to bully and extort their customers. Use someone else whose cheaper and more professional..This is not how a company should represent myself..rude and very unprofessional..
