I have seen numerous doctors regarding my condition. Dr. Reeves was the only one that would deal with the cause. Excellent.

Having read so many unflattering reviews on this site and RateMDs, I was prepared for an appointment in which I would be hustled in and out and treated rudely. Did not happen. The appointment started on time and took over an hour and a half. The nursing staff (Sarah and Jill) who took my history and performed the tests were congenial, chatty and efficient. Dr. Reeves spent a full half hour interrogating me, explaining my test results, and letting me know (in no uncertain terms) what changes I had to make in my medication and lifestyle if I wanted my lungs to get and stay healthy. Several tests were ordered up and my only regret is that I did not have the opportunity to visit this clinic a decade ago. It is possible that some patients find Dr. Reeves's assertive and confident manner of speaking to be off-putting. I didn’t. I was thoroughly impressed with her expertise. It is also possible that some patients (or their parents) do not like being lectured to by a small Asian woman. Too bad. She knows her stuff. So, highly recommended if you want good medicine and no beating around the bush. Not recommended if all you want is warm and fuzzies.

Must be paid per prescription written.....Went in for allergy testing (no specific symptoms, first allergy test ever) and she wrote me 2 prescriptions which I clearly did not need.I was talked down to by Dr. Reeves because I didn't have any severe allergies (I'm sorry?), because apparently she specializes in anaphylactic. I was given a referral by my doctor to get tested for allergies, not test my patients with rude people.I'd rather deal with allergies than go back here.

The receptionist booked me for a phone call consult. I waited an hour for my appointment. When I called back, I was told that I missed my in office appointment. She was very relentless insisting that I heard the instructions wrong. I had called in the day before to confirm. Very disappointed. I had to go see another allergy specialist. Not a good way to treat people

I can’t recommend Dr. Reeves and her staff enough! Ashley checked me in promptly and Liz was very kind and proficient with the scratch test. In all my years getting allergy tests, not once was I offered a topical Benadryl rub to reduce the reaction after the results were measured! Gail did a thorough health history and was also very personable and professional. Dr. Reeves’ knowledge and expertise were so appreciated and I must say that I have never had this in-depth of an appointment at the allergist. She corrected some misinformation I was previously given, recommended more suitable treatments, and was extremely thorough in her investigation into my symptoms.10/10 from me

Over the past 10 years, my kids and I have visited Dr. Reeves 3 times for allergy tests. The receptionist, nurses, and Dr. Reeves were all very nice and professional. The nurses were great at dealing with the kids and Dr. Reeves was knowledgeable and compassionate.My family doctor struggled to find the cause of my symptoms for months and months, but Dr.Reeves knew what it was immediately. (I'm NOT complaining about my family doctor though. I'm sure all the blood tests and medications I tried prior to seeing Dr. Reeves contributed to the final diagnosis.)I didn't have any allergies nor asthma according to the tests, but I got the medication that helped me. Thanks Dr. Reeves!

Not sure what other people were experiencing because I had a good experience with Dr Reeves. The secretary was nice and Reeves listened to me. She was kind as well. She comes off as intense" when you first meet her but she seems very well versed at her job.Maybe the people saying she's rude need to check their own attitude before they comment.I didn't feel like I was spoken or treated rudely once but she does seem like someone who won't take your rudeness kindly."

Dr. Reeves was very thorough, like way more thorough than another specialist I've seen, she took my health very seriously. I'm really happy to have had a family member recommend her!I actually came here just to check my allergies as I've been struggling with that and the local allergy technician at the hospital closest to me wasnt experienced enough to deal with my dermatographic skin, but I do have other issues and its been largely undiagnosed symptoms my doctor doesn't know what to do withI didn't even have to explain that though, she went through my allergies and related issues (asthma, skin etc) and from there went through all my weird symptoms and connected a lot of dots, dots that seem incredibly obvious now that I've heard themShe noticed stuff that my previous doctors have missed or blown off as nothing, and pointed out that I could potentially have been previously misdiagnosed if they hadn't noticed the other symptomsAnd even gave me a reason why I could have one of my issues, I had no idea that one of my health issues was actually a potential side effect of having my other conditions!Its just really exciting seeing a doctor/specialist who cares!

Like another recent reviewer, I am shocked by some of these others comments. My experience today was nothing short of excellent. Every single member of staff - including the receptionist, nurse and Doctor Reeves herself were kind, courteous, understanding and focused. They clearly cared about my issues and I am now on a path forward. I was taken seriously here and got to experience first hand how knowledgeable Doctor Reeves is.

the receptionists were excellent, and one of the RN’s that did my allergy test was absolutely lovely. however when it came to the time to review my test results i was rudely dismissed and told i didn’t have asthma when i’ve had it for the last 20 years. when prompted with a question she rudely interrupted what i was asking & presented very confrontational. One RN in particular was very sarcastic and rude during testing, and only did she deliver a compliment when she could see i was uncomfortable. if you are getting referred by your doctor i would take caution & go elsewhere because this was a waste of time. Dr Reeves and Gayle the RN were rudely unprofessional & doesn’t take patient care into the number 1 priority.
