I thought I would try this place out because I got 40% off for being a new customer. I’ve been to many high-end salons for a haircut and color with highlights and I’ve never been charged more than $100 for that. They charge me $140 Which is a drastically marked up price. I also had to wait three hours approximately because they started cutting and styling other person’s hair in between my visit which is very unprofessional Not to even Mention my hair cut is not great and I feel like it’s uneven .When I told the staff I felt they marched up the prices and I was unhappy with my wait they said that was typical. I would not recommend this place and personally will not be going here ever again

I've been traveling across town to this salon for years, and am always happy with the experience. The atmosphere is a great balance of chic and casual. Danielle and Lilly are both wonderful people to interact with, and their service is fantastic.

Gallery 16 is amazing! I have never been more happy with the staff, products, services, and prices. Danielle is a very motivated business owner. She cares about her staff and always stays current in her profession. I highly recommend Gallery 16!!

(This is being written by Shari, Ben's wife) I have been going to Danielle for my cut and color for close to 10 years and have never been happier! I also brought my daughter to her when she started getting her hair cut because I felt so comfortable with her. Gallery 16 is a great salon. Everyone there is friendly, easy to talk with, and they communicate very well with the clients. It's very evident that their main concern is making the client happy and they do this very well!

I absolutely love Gallery 16 for the impeccable service, friendly conversation, and relaxing atmosphere!! Danielle does such an amazing job on my hair each time, she seems to know the look that I want before I even tell her!! The color and cut are always amazing and the products that she suggests keep my hair looking amazing. I recommend Gallery 16 to everyone that says “I LOVE your hair!”

Great first haircut by Lilly this week in this crisp salon. And every cut since just gets better! Now even better with a refreshing drinks fridge and snacks! All still good in early 2023.
