Great customer service - big thumbs up and thanks to Josh for answering all my questions clearly and quickly via email. He also supplied me with the info needed mount the springs (exact measurements of the hanger spacing). Will definitely use again and recommend for others.

Had some leaf's replaced on my 1956 MCI Courier Bus. Guys were great, Wisdom (the shop foreman) was awesome. A true man of integrity. Thank you for a great experience. Would fully recommend them to anyone seeking some spring or suspension work.

Terrible company never bring anything to them to get repaired over charge customers and rip them off! Horrible management No Knowledge of the shop or management skills! Got clowns running around there!

Was not very impressed. I took my RV in to have the trailer suspension inspected and repaired if needed. They a wheel alignment and said suspension was okay. Was told suspension was fine asked some questions about sagging lookingsprings, to me, and told it was okay again.Took trailer home, about 50km. Loaded trailer for a camping trip one week later made it 50 more km and a spring broke. Had it towed back to city spring to repair.Replaced all 4 springs. When I asked about a bit of a adjustment to the bill as the inspection I paid for didn't appear to be very thorough as I only put about 100km on trailer before I had a failure.The service manager said they saw nothing when they looked, I questioned how thoroughly they looked and I questioned why I paid for an inspection which didn't stand for anything.Why would you pay for a 'non inspection, inspection 'I would not recommend taking a vehicle to this shop for inspection service as it stands for nothing.I had previous interaction with them and was not impressed but thought maybe miscommunication. Tried again had a axle made very happy with service and product so thought I'd try again and now this. Poor, poor poor.

Swapping out axles on a skidoo trailer. Josh help me find what I needed even though I didn't know what I needed. Got a custom axle at a bargain price with champagne service. Will definitely use againCheers

I had my rear springs replaced on my 03 Ram 1500, there was a slight problem with the front not levelling out with the back. They called me to inform me and fixed the problem. My truck rides better than it has in a long time. Excellent service and very reasonable prices, coming in almost $1000 cheaper than 3 other shops I had called. I was recommended City Spring by a friend and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone else!

The staff was helpful and they had a good selection of in stock springs that I could look through. The price seemed reasonable too, but I've never had to buy springs before, so I don't have much to compare too. Overall I would shop here again.

Have you ever needed a part last minute for an emergency? Make sure you DO NOT talk to the parts manager. Obviously someone got promoted without having the skills to do the job properly and make customers happy. He can’t listen, he has 0 phone manners, and he will go out of his way to mention firing people instead of trying to help you with the part you’re looking for.FYI was trying to get a leaf spring (not that he would know that because he didn’t care to listen to my request) to get a truck back up and running that’s currently on Alberta wild fires.
