Our company truck needed a MVI we called they said bring it in today it was ready first thing in the morning!

I have worked in road service on industrial equipment for over 40 years and dealt with countless parts departments from across the country and HAVE NEVER BEEN SO IMPRESSED as I was by Colin in the parts department who put my need for a measly hose to the forefront of his attention and managed to pull a rabbit out of the hat that another vendor ( that he called to confirm the part) didn't know they had. I know that for a fact as that vendor was one of the first ones I tried. Berks is very fortunate to have people like him in their employ. If I would have had some money in my pocket, I would have gladly laid it down to buy him a beer!THANK YOU VERY MUCH!Robert
