My favorite freshco in Richmond Hill. It has great produce, great prices and I can find a variety of South Asian groceries here so don't need to go to speciality South Asian grocery shop.

This store provides a wide range of products. Many local Persian, Turkish, Arabic, and Asian products are available in this store. Some specific ones like tomato paste, roasted eggplant, various kinds of rice, and specific beans and grains that you may not find in other supercenters, have been provided in this store. Recently, a good side of Freshco stores is that they don't offer plastic bags anymore. However, you have to bring your shopping bags it's excellent and appreciable.One negative point about this store is that fruits and fresh products are not really fresh sometimes, and their prices are beatable.Regarding the staff, they are polit and friendly. If you ask them for help, they are happy to help.By and large, I usually buy some stuff from this store and am happy with it.

Should be renamed NOT Freshco. Mushy produce, mouldy and rotten packaged food, everything else well beyond expiration date, everything packaged and no fresh breads...what a scam these stores are. And the bill still somehow always ends up running much higher than anticipated. I can go to Highland Farms or Yummies or Longos and fill my cart to the rim with food and my bill will still always end up at least $50 less than buying half the amount from NotFreshco. Sobeys was the same way, but at least the food was actually fresh.I tell everyone I know to stop shopping at NotFreshco.

Freshco with a large selection of ethnic foods. I make the trip out here from time to time just pick up goodies I never find at my local store. This location is bigger, and never really crowded. Checkouts move quick too. 25 cents for buggies fyi. They do price matching, but with limited stores. Too bad they didn't have any Onion Rings though.

A pleasure to shop here because of the people. The manager Peter has done a great job through the years keeping fantastic staff who are friendly and professional. In springtime look for an extensive nursery setup with quality flowers and vegetables at reasonable prices. Prime time parking can be tricky.

I purchased 2 bunches of rapini. Once I brought them home, I realized that they were bad. I then tried to return them but I lost my bill. I was told that I could not get a refund for them because the manager Peter T. did not believe I bought them yesterday. He was very rude and unprofessional. He lacked empathy and kindness. I am disgusted by his behavior and I will never shop there again.

Bright and clean store. It was hard to find parking sometimes. Pretty good variety of food at reasonable prices. The service was great with friendly and welcoming staff. My family have been shopping here for over a decade.

I bought tea from this store. There was something strange inside the tea and it was giving black colour to the tea but it wasn’t original colour of the tea. Something like dye inside the tea. After I realized this, I came to store and talked to manager and explained him and showed the photos of tea. He wrote down my information and my phone number and told me that he will inform the Vendor who brings this tea to the store, and they will call me back but it has been one month and nobody called me.

Clean with good selection. You get Scene points if you gave a card and can also redeem for groceries. Pleasant atmosphere.

This Freshco store is amazing and I have been shopping here for few years. Lucky’s Meat within Freshco is horrible. No one speaks English properly at this section. They have refused to cut my purchased sirloin meat into smaller pieces even though I explained to them that I needed it for stew. I am taking off two stars for horrible customer service at the meat section.
