For Star Insurance Brokers

Hello,Preface - you only got 1 star because Google made me select a star value.I had called earlier in the week and left a voicemail - I did not receive a phone call from you. I called yesterday and left a voicemail - I still did not receive a return call. I called this morning and left voicemails on 4 of the different extensions - and STILL did not receive a voice mail. I was connected with a broker of yours, who told me that I would have to call back again and choose extension 4. This was after she was not willing to speak with me because it was transferred to her cell phone and she was paying long distance fees. She was not willing to speak with me, which I found quite rude, because I called your number listed on the web site - if she accrued cell phone charges, then that is the fault of your poorly run company.I then had to call Intact insurance myself, and because they are not an insurance broker, they needed to speak with you. My voicemail was only returned after the Intact person called you.When the insurance broker called me, she said that she did not receive any of my voicemails - which I find hard to believe because I left numerous voicemails, at multiple extensions.When I called to complain - guess what - it went to voicemail. You then immediately returned that voicemail, most likely because your ego was hurt.Your customer care service is awful - I wasn't asking for much - just a simple returned phone call. Your business is one of customer service - without customers, you would not exist. I believe your company should get their facts straight before leaving rude voicemails.I will not be recommending your services, but I'm sure with the terrible customer service you have, you most likely won't be around for that much longer.

Poor customer service and agent don't know how to speak respectfully to clients. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Great company to deal with

Needed my insurance slip emailed to me. Contacted the main line at 6pm, thinking to leave a message, and selected an option for a rep.Shahnaz picked up and dealt with my request within a couple of hours.Very satisfied!
