Kim is an amazing lady. I brought my wedding dress to get alteration done from there cuz my friend bought her dress from Nuvon's. My wedding dress is too simple for me, the back is beautiful, but the front is not that great. i asked Kim if she could make some changes, so she suggested to make a V neck, and adjust the shoulders to off shoulder, and put some sparking in the front to make it a little bit special. I just handed everything to her, and let her do whatever she thinks are the best. I was a bit worried at first, but when i saw the dress, it's perfect. My friend is really happy with her dress too.I also bought my shoes there, didn't pay attention to the heels, when i went to pick up my dress, and mentioned it to her, she said she would fixed it and delivered to my home. surprisingly i received my shoes two days later on a heavy snow day. I read some bad reviews on Yelp about Nuvon's, and a bit worried at first, but my experience is amazing. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Kim for such a wonderful experience.

Nuvons is a great shop where the staff are very helpful, kind, and patient and supportive. They try to make sure that everyone has a great experience in their store with their positivity! They also carry a wide selection of different dresses, and overall there are amazing dresses here, and this is a great place for dress shopping! Would definitely recommend.

Great prices with an overwhelming selection! Any color you want, any size you need. In house seamstress The people there are fantastic. I found a style I liked with aspects I didn't like so they were able to order the perfect dress, perfectly measured, without having to find the EXACT dress in the mix. Highly recommend this place.

We had a rough start because the sizes are small and when we picked grad dresses in my daughters regular size, none of them fit. She was upset and while I was downstairs frantically trying to find something she would like they knew exactly the right dress for her. It was almost perfect and they could order in the exact size and change the straps to what she wanted. The ladies knew exactly what she wanted and measured her up perfectly. It was reasonably priced and took about 4 months to come and it fit perfectly. Advice: 1. Go far in advance of event. 2. Go with lots of time to search through a huge selection, wait for a change room and to do measurements. 3. Whatever deal you make verbally make sure it is clearly stated on the invoice before you sign and pay.My daughter is so happy. The ladies did amazing. And our experience was really good.

So. Many. Dresses! They have sizes from 2-20+. Prices range from $500-2000. They have racks upon racks of dresses, tightly packed together. Whatever style or colour you're looking for, you'll find it. No, the store isn't the nicest, most spacious, or upscale, but it gets the job done. The people there are friendly and you can tell they work really hard to meet your needs. If you need a wedding dress, prom dress, or mother of bride dress, come give it shot. You'll be weaving through a million dresses but you'll be sure to find something and have fun! Also, they don't require appointments (which can be a good thing if you're a last minute person), but it also means they can get busy and you'll have to wait. They only have 3 fitting rooms.

I can sum it up in two points: horrible customer service and horrible communication. Please avoid the major headache and shop somewhere else. I had seen some mixed reviews prior to shopping here but I thought that I had plenty of time ahead of my wedding and that I wouldn't had the same negative experiences. I was wrong.Weeks after they told me my dress would arrive, I called to check in. The dress hadn't arrived, they said two more weeks. I followed up again, they said that I needed to relax". Skip the other stores up and down the street, this place has SUCH good customer service, prices, quality, and SO many dresses (bride and bridesmaid plus so much more) to choose from. If only I had enough events to wear all of their pretty dresses to!! Love this store and HIGHLY recommend. Thank you ladies!!

I got this dress custom made at Nuvon’s Bridal. I liked the bodice of one dress and the skirt of another. I asked them if they could merge them both together, and they gave me this absolutely beautiful dress in response. Kim and all the staff there were so kind, changing the dress to my wants and needs whenever I asked. I definitely recommend Nuvon’s, and I would totally return for another specialty dress.I also did notice my dress is now available in different colours too. Seeing that just made me glad they liked the design as much as I did, because it shows in their work on this dress. I love it to bits. Overall, it was a really nice experience for a very nervous high schooler in search of a prom dress. I couldn’t be more thankful towards Kim and her team.

I would like to thank Nuvon's Bridal for taking care of my daughter's prom dress from beginning to end, especially to Kim (the owner) and Sylvia who helped her choose what she wanted. My daughter has a particular taste, so she took her time to browse and Sylvia patiently explained and helped her try on her dresses. After my daughter chose the dress and made a custom request of slight changes here and there, she was asked to come back in a few months to try it on and do some adjustments if necessary. The dress needed to be shortened at the hem, even after the proper high heels were worn, but the seamstress at Nuvon really did a great job hemming the dress. Thanks again, we will definitely come back to this place if we need another dress.

I had a great experience having my alterations done by Kim! She was kind and she made sure that I was going to leave the store with my dress fitting perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back for more alterations from Kim.
