We ordered blinds for my daughters room and the main bathroom. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The blinds were easy to install and seem to be pretty sturdy.

Our design consultant Shreni was amazing. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our selections and that everything would be properly measured. She even helped us coordinate a technician to come during one of our house visits so that the blinds would be ready for our closing date. We’re so happy with our experience at blinds to go.

Terrible. The blinds weee made too long. The bottom frame is warped and they refuse to give me a refund because it was custom made. But it was not satisfactory. They offer me to upgradeAnd I have to pay more. No compensation for my time

Experience overall was good, our rep Mahwish was friendly and helpful and we were pleased with the selection. However it was disappointing that upon installation batteries were not included and we can’t use our blinds however it was resolved and they were installed the next day.

The service at the store is good, but unfortunately, what drives this review down to 1 star of even a 0 is the installer Charlie. The guy acts all-knowing but makes simple mistakes. When these are pointed out, he tries his best to provide some cockamamie explanation so that he doesn't have to take ownership of his own mistakes and redo some of the installation! And when that does not work, you see his real self as he suddenly switches from the 'nice guy' image that he tries to portray into a surly and disgruntled fellow. You are better off asking for another installer who is competent and doesn't have such a big ego!

Service was efficient and fast. Installation was clean and finished in a timely fashion. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately they have to come back for a second install as one of the blinds was ripped and a shutter broke. But other than that Excellent service! Will definitely use again in the future!

This is my 4th purchase over the past 10 years and the help I got each time with choosing the type of blind appropriate to the room was excellent. (Baby’s bedroom, 2 bathrooms and kitchen). Also those who did the measuring and installed them were very efficient at their job. Excellent all over.
