Sienne Bridal couldn't possibly be nicer people to work with. I found my Allure gown here, ordered my sister's Dessy Bridesmaid dress and my mom's gown. All three of us had our alternations done as well. We loved all of our interactions and appreciated the time they take with each client.

Julie is absolutely incredible, such professional alterations and lovely to work with! My wedding dress was altered on time despite a very short notice, and everything was done flawlessly. I couldn't be happier. This is the second time I choose Seratina's and it's 2/2, could not have made a better choice. Highly recommend!

I had gotten my bridesmaid dresses from Saratina Bridal and my experience was amazing from beginning to end. I had 12 bridesmaids therefore it was difficult arranging for everyone to come at the same time, but the consultants worked with my group and were extremely helpful. Wide variety of dresses to choose from and much more reasonable prices compared to other boutiques. None of my bridesmaids had alterations done here so I cannot speak about that. I highly recommend it!!

This was the first and last place I went for my wedding gown! I was really nervous to try on dresses and wasn't sure how the experience would be, but they made me feel so comfortable and welcome during the process! Even though I booked an appointment during covid and had a scheduled time, I never once felt rushed or pressured through the appointment.I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly but I selected some dresses to try on initially, and they selected more dresses for me to try on as they learned what styles I liked and what suited my figure. They had SO MANY dresses to choose from! Clearly they are very experienced at this, as the dresses they brought out for me were spot on and the size they fitted me for was an exact fit when my dress was ordered in! My dress ordered ahead of the estimated time and alterations were really professionally done and the process was very easy!Everyone that helped me throughout the try on and alteration process was extremely friendly and helpful. They made selecting my dress the easiest and most enjoyable part of wedding planning, I am so happy with the dress. I'd highly recommend visiting Seratina if you're looking for a wedding gown!

I cannot recommend this store enough. Tina & Julie were so warm, kind, professional and supportive during my dress purchasing and fitting process. I never felt pressured to purchase and they listened to all my alteration questions with care. I absolutely loved my wedding dress & thank the team at Saratina Bridal Boutique for the amazing experience.

I can't say enough great things about the team at Sienne. I had already purchased a dress from another shop but I heard through word of mouth that they do great alterations and this couldn't be more true!I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dress and veil. It fit perfectly and took a lot of very particular work. I also had beading added, and veil changes, etc.They were so pleasant and treated me so well and truly cared.Thank you so much!!

Saratina Bridal and their seamstress Christina Russell are amazing! I had to come here to fix my bridal dress after it was poorly altered / did not fit by a seamstress in Oakville (referred by my bridal boutique in Toronto). I only had 1 month until the wedding day!Christina was so patient and such a perfectionist ! She made sure I felt right in the dress, listened to my concerns but did not dismiss me but was very honest as well. I appreciate her so much and I even got my bridesmaid dress altered here as well by her.Their price points are so fair and they are accommodating!I’m so happy that my dress looked stunning and I was in amazing care with the Saratina team! Thank you so much!

Tina gave my daughter and me 5 star service when we went wedding dress shopping at Saratina. There was lots of selection and many different styles, from fitted sheath to full ballgown. The wedding dresses that we looked at were reasonably priced--my daughter's 3 favourites ranged from $1899 to $2275. I believe that is a similar price range to David's Bridal.Tina also brought me mother-of-the-bride dresses to try on, helping me when my daughter was changing from one dress to another. Tina's service was friendly, helpful, and honest. We never felt like she was trying to push a sale through. The only thing negative thing I could say about this boutique is that the lighting is not very bright, and the viewing area (where the bride stands on the platform in front of the mirrors) is a little tired and could use a refresh. Overall, an excellent experience! Highly recommended.

Julie did an outstanding job of altering my dress, but I will give the shop 3 stars due to customer service experience.The seamstress, Julie, did a phenomenal job of altering my dress, especially given that the dress was very delicate and quite a bit too large. The dress fit me like a glove, it was comfortable, the right length, and the bustle was beautifully done. I also bought a beautiful veil at this store - both the alterations and veil were reasonably priced.With that being said, I had a mixed experience here. After attending my first fitting I called to ask if the alterations could be changed a bit to cover up my back a bit more. They recommended I come in for a fitting to meet with the seamstress. When I arrived, Julie informed me that she would no longer be altering my dress because I had asked too many questions and she was nervous about me not liking the final product. This was 3 weeks before my 2020 (pandemic) wedding and I was COMPLETELY blindsided as they were the ones who had recommended the fitting. I had a mental breakdown and sobbed in the middle of the store. The owner was able to explain the misunderstanding to the seamstress after I argued quite a bit to explain what had happened.In all, she ended up doing a great job with the alteration, but I don't think I've really gotten over the customer service experience. If you're getting a fitting here, don't ask questions and trust the seamstress!
