It was a nice experience shopping at Shaw Landsdowne. When stepping in, I was welcomed by Eric Lu. He is very knowledgeable and read customer's need and concern promptly. I got all my phones transferred to Shaw mobile in short time. The plans well suit my usage. Before leaving, he even explain how I can modify different lines to fit future changes. Everything was very clear and easy to understand.Would definitely recommend Eric at Shaw Lansdowne.

I had a bad experience with Eric who tried to force the protection plan onto me while purchasing a phone, even after I repeatedly refused for my own reasons. He almost made me pay without telling me it was applied, just assumed I wanted it. After I said no, he basically repeatedly told me how stupid it is not to have it. It is unprofessional and made my purchasing experience very bad. I will not go back to this location again. I recommend to all before buying any protection plan, understand the fineprint and avoid rushing just because a salesperson tries to sneak it in your purchase. Every electronic purchases I have made in the past, the vendor respected my decision, but not Eric in this case. To be honest he was not very knowledgeable about the phones and plans either; the information he had in store was different than the Shaw website, and it was a confusing experience.

Assume ok for computer/internet problems but useless with shaw webmail/email problems on cell phone ... Shaw has no one that you can bring phone to fix - given IT tech phone number to call (took an hour over the phone to eventually fix shaw email problem, but admit technician was very patient & didn't give up)
