I was fortunate in my research for prenatal care to come across Dr. Premji. This was our first baby and I wanted to be sure we had the best care to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We were blessed to be accepted as a referral patient for prenatal care with Dr. Premji; we have been treated with exceptional guidance and support throughout the pregnancy and in the weeks following our little one’s birth. Shafeena is truly the greatest gift that I could have received as a new Mom. When we went into labour early, one of the first things that crossed my mind was that Dr. Premji wasn’t there - she offers a degree of comfort and confidence that cannot be adequately described. So when she showed up in the middle of the night while on call, I literally cried and breathed a sigh of relief knowing that we were in the good hands and I could rest. I will be sad to say goodbye to our regular visits. More than a doctor, she was a friend and a confidant and I am eternally grateful for her. I hope that we’ll be welcome back when we look to expand our family.Thank you Dr. Premji + Team

I love going to this clinic, they booked all my prenatal appointments in advance. I am so thankful to have had Dr. Premji as my prenatal doctor. She went above and beyond and was very reassuring. I had complications with my pregnancy and she referred me right away. She also followed up with me throughout even if I had been transferred and completed all paperwork for my OB :)!

Dr. Premji is an excellent doctor. She is so thorough and really goes out of her way to make sure you understand why she is doing what she does. I really do know how lucky I am to have her as my doctor. The Clinic is calm and everyone who works there is very caring and polite.

Great doctors, but scheduling appointments is horrible. Almost all the receptionists are super nice, but there is this one that I recognize is her every time she answers the phone because of her bossy tone. She basically tells you to go to a walk in clinic and gives you no other option. Other receptionists give you other options like calling in early in the morning to see if there is been a cancelled appointment, or book for a different day. Also it sucks that most times you can only book for like almost 2 weeks from when you call, by that time I’ll probably in the hospital already…

I called today to book an appointment and after waiting for a while someone asked if I could hold and was on hold for about 4mins.. the lady came back without a thank you for holding, thank you for your patience…. no bedside manner at all.I have been with this clinic for about 4years and I’m not sure where Ashley came from without any courtesy to patients that she speaks with on the phone. I like my doctor and it’s hard to come by female doctors that are good so I would be staying and hope that patients calling in for whatsoever reason are treated courteously just like you request that the staff at the clinic be treated courteously as wellThe office manager called and apologized for level of service that I revived. I appreciated that as I do like my doctor there and not planning to change anytime soon

I have been a patient here for a while and every doctor I have seen has been incredible! Such a beautiful and welcoming office. Dr. Premji, Dr. Chawla and Janet provided the best prenatal care to me. So lucky to have found this clinic to provide care to my family. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic!

I truly cannot say enough great things about this clinic as well as the village medical. I saw Dr. Premji for my prenatal care and see Dr. Kope as our family physician. The care my family and myself have received is the absolute best I have ever experienced. Both doctors are extremely caring, compassionate, and empathetic and of course extremely knowledgeable. I could not ask for better doctors in the world. I consistently remind myself of how luckily and blessed we are to have them as our doctors, I truly believe they are the best in the world. Both clinics are beautiful and all of the staff are amazing and friendly! So so so blessed to have such wonderful care!

Dr. Gradwell is a God sent physician. I have almost always had good/great doctors, but Dr. Gradwell out-rates all of them. He is thorough, kind, yet assertive. His diagnosis have been excellent. Dr. Gradwell explains the issues and his management of the issues very well. He takes proactive decisions in identifying and managing my health issues. His staff are also very professional at the same time kind. I want to thank Dr. Gradwell and his staff for the best service and most of all God for putting me in his care. Thank you.

I found Dr. Ma by chance when referring someone to Dr. Premji (also amazing), who was my prenatal doctor. Having Dr. Ma teach and guide me throughout my weight management journey has been life changing. She is a wealth of knowledge, kind, a great supporter and truly takes the time to know and understand you and your needs. She has given me the advice and tools I need for continued success. Not only is she a fantastic doctor, she’s also an absolutely wonderful person! Very, very highly recommend her and this clinic.
