Got my screen (iphone11) repaired by them after I blacked it out... he told me to come back in a hour, when I came back my phone screen was replaced with a fake screen. Did it work yes, the only issue is it's darker so I had to keep my brightness full which kills my battery

This place has a huge selection of good quality phone cases for all phone types that don’t break the bank. While stopping in I got a phone case and pop socket for $20. My favourite feature of this place is their phone screen protectors. THESE ARE A MUST. Get the thickest one. You won’t regret it. They’re like $20 and they put it on your phone seamlessly. I was on a plane and my phone somehow got in the aisle and ferociously stepped on. The glass cracked and I was mortified. Turned out the shield only cracked and I peeled it off to a perfect condition screen. You bet I went right back for a new one. What a life saver.

God bless the repair guy at this place (I feel bad for not getting his name, but hes amazing). I was having a ton of trouble at IRepair so I came here. I was ecstatic to be met with someone extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and fair who could identify my issues in 30 minutes what IRepair couldn't do in the 16 hours in operating time. Giving me a temporary fix for a generous rate and even offering a more indepth fix if I should need it in the future. This guy is incredible!

Very happy customer experience!I initially went in to the shop to buy a phone case. And I asked the lady to change my screen protector because the other shop did it so badly to my phone. She said she could try to fix it without me purchasing a new one and she actually did it so smoothly with no charge.It might not always be the case because there were no other customers at that time, but it was so kind of her. The case and stand that I got from the shop are very functional so far as well : ) I’ll go back get my other phone fixed near future!

Have had my phone repaired many times over the past 3 years here. Will not be returning again as the last time they repaired my phone they left a portion open to water damage and refused to compensate me for any of this loss.Additionally, they grossly overcharge for phone repairs, which I did not find out until my last visit there when I started shopping around at other stores.

Bought a screen protector for my phone two weeks ago. The screen protector got a clean cut in it from my finger nail I'm guessing (it was done going into my empty back pocket).No signs of resistance on the protector, no damage done to my phone screen. Went in with the receipt to have it replaced or refunded and was told there was nothing they could do to help me.Certainly not returning and advising friends to take business elsewhere.
