Nancy was wonderful. Ordered a bouquet and 4 centerpieces for a surprise wedding through email Nancy made the whole experience easy. I sent her pictures and she recommended what flowers to use and I left it up to her.......beautiful result. Thank you Nancy, everyone loved the flowers and they add the exact touch I was looking for!!

I emailed The shop from Spain and Nancy responded after hours when the shop was shut. Her communications were excellent and she put together a wonderful bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. Thank you Nancy highly recommended.

I received the most beautiful arrangement for my 65th from my daughter. They lasted beautifully for 3 wks and today I took out the dead flowers and made a smaller bouquet of the greens and thistles. It looks like a new bouquet to last even longer.By far best I have ever received!

We recently had a delivery of a large Spring planted arrangement. It is beautiful, with a good variety of flowers all in good condition. The only criticism was that the planter was covered in a lot of dirt smudges all around it. Easily removed though and the flowers are really lovely.

My daughter and I attended the new location on Trowbridge and loved being able to put our own bouquet together in the walk in fridge. Also found a few beautiful tropical plants to bring home to our hoard. Love the new space!

SO disappointing. I wasn't happy with the first bouquet for $100 as I'd asked for pink & purple flowers. There were 2 small purple flowers that didn't match the rest. The most expensive in there were red peonies. There were a number of pink lily's that had not bloomed.And, it was my mistake but I forgot to ask for no lily's as my mom is allergic. Which meant she wasn't left with much to have in the vase.I called and asked to order another bouquet. It's her 70th birthday. None of her children or grandchildren can be with her so I was expecting as I've seen in images on your site a nice full bunch of flowers. Not ones that would open later. I emphasized the importance when ordering and asked if $100 was plenty.But, instead of giving her the 2nd bouquet I ordered - you went to the door and asked for the first back. I had already told her to take the Lily's and some greenery out to drop off for a friend. And then someone shows up at her door telling her to give it back?!I would have requested $100 for the 2nd bouquet if I knew it was the only one I was paying for and that you were TAKING BACK the first one.Subpar customer service too - no apology. The first person I spoke to said 2nd bouquet then after it was taken back I spoke to the owner who just said you didn't like the first so we took it back. She didn't care in the least.
