I was offered some very cost effective alternatives. Suggestions were excellent on how to select something appropriate for my space. Service was friendly and I was told about a sale that I could take advantage of.Installation was excellent and the person was on time and efficient.Would definitely go back there again.

I purchased blinds from Sun Shades almost 15 years ago and one of them malfunctioned. I called the Richmond Hill store from where I bought them and spoke to Lynn. She was extremely helpful in trouble shooting and offered to come and see if she could fix the problem. She came by on her own time the next day and actually fixed it! What a wonderful employee, and a great personality too! I will definitely be going back to this location the next time I purchase window coverings.

Great customer service, first, when I purchased Eclipse shutters in 2015 and recently (after almost 9 years) when I spoke to Lynn regarding some repairs /parts that I needed for the shutters.Lynn called the manufacturer and send me the parts (no charge) within a couple of daysI recommend this store as a customer, I found the knowledge, experience, kindness, as well as customer service.Thanks Lynn

Lynn and all the staffs in her store are the best. I firstly visited Lynn's store about 12 years ago. They are so professional and knowledgable. They gave me the best advice and service. For the past 12 years, every time when I had a question about the blinds or I need do some maintenance or repair service for the blinds, they have given the awosome service experience. They are very kind people and always have a big patience to help. You might be easy to purchase the Hunter Douglas in any other store, but I bet Lynn's store will be the best store to give you the unforgettable service experience.

Updated review: We recently ordered a second set of blinds from Lynn - when we made a mistake with the measurements (completely our fault) Lynn and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with how the blinds looked. We would 100% recommend working with her and the Sun Shades team!Lynn was fantastic to work with and we are so happy with our custom blinds. We have very large windows in the front of our home and she recommended the perfect blinds for them.

Lynn the sales rep here is super knowledgeable about the products, and designs that the store carries. She really puts the customer interest and needs first. She helps me with my design and I am super satisfied with my purchase. Lynn and the team here do a great job of follow ups and keep you posted on when your order comes in. When the installer will come. The installers are super friendly and clean up after their installation, and explain how to use the products in detail. I have Hunter Douglas duolite on 16 of my windows so it was a lot set up, but it was a smooth experience. When I had questions the team was very patient and trouble shoot and resolved for me. This is the excellent customer service you don't see from those big box stores. I would highly recommend Sun Shades to anyone looking for window covering solutions!
