Had a two hour wait to get thru to return to US. TWO HOUR WAIT. US. Border agent Blumenthal was extremely rude, arrogant, and condescending. He sent us to secondary screening which was another 30 min wait for them to tell us we were good. It’d be so nice if they treated people like humans instead of criminals. The way they do things is completely ineffective at keeping our borders safe. It is only used to harass law abiding and safe citizens.

European tourists threaten like second-class people .. after having filled in the ESTA 3 weeks prior. Waiting more than 2h30 at the border just to get a stamp". 2 officers taking care of 40 people waiting. Always the same to enter the States. Incredible

Took a wrong turn and ended up at the boarder. Canadian officers were very pleasant. Got back to Washington boarder and David (one with missing teeth) was so rude and said he was going to seize my pistol that I have a concealed weapons permit for that Canadians already had take . Said I had no bios even being at the boarder and didn’t believe that I had taken a wrong turn . Arguing about why my car is registered in Washington but my loan is through Alaska Federal Credit Union. Those officers need to be actually trained, that man was so rude to my daughter and niece and they were scared the whole time.

I went there with my fiance to ask for an extension of my visa waiver. We drove 4.5 hours and they wouldn't even let us inside the building. They let us wait outside and both officers were very rude and arrogant. To tell us the news, they came outside, laughing about something and then casually telling us that i was denied an extension. I understand that they might not have had control of allowing me to stay or not. But the way they were constantly grinning and and asking us weird questions was extremely unprofessional of them.
