I’ve been a hearing aid wearer since my 20s, and I’m in my 40s now, and this is one of the best hearing clinics I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly, provide great info, options, and professional.If you’re having issues with your hearing and need a place to go, the service here is amazing. Always excellent, professional, quality service. More importantly, there was one minor issue I had on one occasion (not even worth mentioning here), and the staff at this office went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Excellent place. Receptionist absolutely wonderful. Doctors absolutely wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and calm. They take their time and explain what they are doing each step of the way. I was nervous like you wouldn't believe but they were patient and took their time. Office is nice and bright and clean. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to anyone. Yes you have to pay but I would pay over and over again for care like this. Thank you for taking good care of me.

I have been going to Toronto Audiology Associates for a number of years now, and I have found Colleen and the staff to be highly knowledgeable, very professional, and always welcoming. I have been so impressed with their expertise, attention to detail and follow-up. I have purchased hearing aids twice from Colleen as well, and she takes the time to answer all my questions, and ensures that the hearing aids fit/work for my individual hearing issues. I cannot say enough about how great Colleen and the team at Toronto Audiology Associates are.

Toronto Audiology is an outstanding practice. They are courteous, efficient and highly proficient. They were able to solve an ear problem that several others had been unable to do. They did that by persevering and by having up to date technology as well as a highly professional skill set. All at a cost that was far too generous.I shall use them for regular support , devices and advice.

I can say with confidence after visiting multiple audiology clinics, this is the best I’ve been to. Colleen and her staff were extremely welcoming, professional and transparent as I was guided through treatment. They have a wide range of the newest equipment available. After a short 30 minute appointment, my hearing is better than it has EVER been!

Usually I don't write reviews, but i have to this time. After visiting multiple places to have earwax unsuccessfully removed, I was recommended to Toronto Audiology Associates. I visited there this morning with ear wax build up, and in no time it was gone, I couldn't believe it. Quick and easy process, and the ladies were very professional. Now I can hear clearly again. Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you
