Ordered winter boots for my daughter in store this past Wednesday, staff are always super nice and knowledgeable. Even set the right expectation that due to Covid that there may be delays in receiving my order and that it could take up to a week. Customer service in Montreal were super quick to respond to my email about tracking my order - I even received my order today. Super happy and would recommend anyone to buy from Clément

Well stocked store, good selection. Employees only greet and treat “certain” people well. There are many other good options for kids store, will not be coming back.

They indicated that staff have been followed up with regarding Web orders, the manager wasade aware of the situation, and an offer was made to us to compensate for the bad experience. We are truly impressed with the follow up and attention from Clément HQ. We'll give the Bayshore location a chance to grow and learn the ropes of bilingual business in Ottawa.History: We ordered a snow suit online for pickup in store. When we arrived at the store, the poorly trained staff was unable to find the package, and refused to let us take the very same snowsuit that we noticed was available in the store. We waited for over 45 minutes for staff to speak with Clément headquarters (they only speak French and the store staff was sure to make inappropriate comments about this despite the fact that my family and I are clearly francophone). So it took nearly an hour to pick up a snowsuit, the staff was rude, disorganized and poorly trained on customer service. To make matters worse, the store called today telling us to pick up the snow suit again. When they called, there was no audible answer on the line so after Er saying hello 3 times we hung up. The store employee took the time to call again, admonished us for hanging up on them (we wouldn't have if they had answered to basic hellos), and told us to come and pick up our snow suit that we got yesterday. If we were dishonest, we would have gotten two snowsuits for the price of one because of the poor organization in this store. We'll be going back to the gatineau store from now on...

Roughly a week or two ago throughout the Christmas rush the wife and I decided to browse the store for some last minute gift shopping. What with the amount of clientele running rabid amidst the store , their staff managed to tend to everyone , myself ( and my wife included) and help with each and every one of our purchases .Wanted to thank you all and commend you on exquisite service. Keep it up!

I've always been happy with my shopping experiences here! They have a great selection of cloth diapers (at surprisingly good prices!), and they carry so many beautiful, high quality brands. The staff isn't pushy and let you shop in peace, which I really appreciate. However, if you ever have a question or need help the staff are always available!
