I have been a general contractor in Vancouver for over 10 years and have been working with Munro for the last 5. They are one of my most valued, trusted and dependable sub trades. Being a small shop that builds by hand means quality assurance is high and custom details are achieved that cannot be mimicked by the C & C shops. There are few true craftsman left like Munro Woodworking.

Recently had a chance work with Munro Woodworking on the Millwork package for our custom West Vancouver project. Start to finish it was a pleasurable experience, Breanne,Terry and the rest of the team provided excellent communication, knowledge of the design intent and support through till the end . The final product turned out fantastic, ourselves, our clients and the Architect are all appreciative of the work and finish they put in. I look forward to working with them again on our future projects to come and continuing the friendships we've developed.

We've been working with Munro for over ten years . . . frequently on complex and extensive millwork packages. The work is done right and they are always pleasure to collaborate with.

Hi Dale, I`m not sure if you have mistaken our business for someone else but we have never worked with a Dale Remillard. If you could please remove your comment, that would be greatly appreciated.Sincerely, Breanne Munro.

We've had the pleasure of working with Munro Woodworking on a number of projects - Loafe Cafe at the Robert H Lee Alumni Centre, the cafe at the Museum of Anthropology, and the new Emily Carr Campus. The service, predictability of timelines, and quality of craftsmanship have been top rate. On large and fairly complex TIs, Munro Woodworking was one of the few trades to always deliver on schedule and as planned.Their pricing is fair for excellent product and execution. The process in each project was transparent without any surprises or unexpected adjustments to the budgeted scope. We'd be happy to work with them again in the future.Timothy YuPresident, Kilslaay Restaurant Group Ltd.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We’re building a cabin over on Bowen Island and because the living space is fairly small we needed to have custom built furniture for most of the rooms. In terms of scope, Munro Woodworking did our entire kitchen and island, wrap around dining bench, living room couch and lit bookcases, the bathroom floating vanity and mirrored medicine cabinets, and the master bedroom lit floating shelving and floor to ceiling closets.Over the last 9 months I’ve had to deal with over a dozen contractors and Bre and her team were by far the most diligent and professional. From drawings and measurements to installation, Bre handled everything in a timely manner and seamlessly coordinated with my GC’s crew and the electrician. She even made extra site visits to ensure everything was running smoothly (which is above and beyond for contractors that face an island commute). So far I’ve had to give Bre’s contact information to my GC, my architect, my third party counter contractor, and my neighbors because they all independently were blown away by the craftsmanship and level of detail of the work. I even got a little embarrassed when my architect started taking close up photos of the cross-section of the kitchen drawers! I cannot recommend Munro Woodworking enough and will continue to give referrals to everyone that gawks at all the built-ins. Thank you again for putting the final touches on our cabin!
