Improperly trained employee continually and aggressively fails to have the common sense to properly implement the REP program at the FLC.

The people are very bad in the way they treat them employers.. if you looking for a job this is the worst place that offer it... DO NOT APPLY

I Went to JBS brooks to drop a trailer. The guy named DENNIS L KRAHN came outside to inspect the trailer, as I was training somebody so i told my co driver to deal with him. My co driver was having a hard time in dealing with him so I went outside but I didn’t have my shoes on me, the guy told me to go inside so I went inside.Dennis inspected the trailer and went inside and told the co driver to tell your company to email security because I was a carrier , as per procedure if I am dropping a trailer and not picking up a load from JBS location company won’t need to send you an email. I went inside to confirm it, Dennis came charging at me and started yelling at me , I told him you are being rude and his reply was yes I am rude . Still I was keeping my calm and tried to explain him gently but he was not trying to listen to me. There were two ladies working and I asked one of them and she told me the same thing I was trying to explain to Dennis that you don’t need any kind of email.I asked the lady how to file a complain and suddenly he said you don’t need an email. You are good to go.

The experience here as a worker is substandard. There is not a sense of the superiors being genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of the security guards especially not financially. Not very organized either and no matter how well one does their duties and even gets good reviews there is not much appreciation shown for best efforts...
