We have only lived here for a short time but been lied too quite a few times. I asked for the back steps to be pushed back to the building because they wobble. Still not done been two months. Asked for the dumpster to be emptied because it was full. That took about 4 weeks and the bylaw officer. Now on Dec.19/22 I left a message about the carbon monoxide detector was not working and again on Wed.21/22 then I sent email on Dec.22/22. Now it's the 29 of Dec. 2022 and it was to come on Wed.28/22 nothing then today Dec. 29/22 and still nothing. They even sent two emails today saying it was coming and still nothing. This is not a management company that you want. They certainly don't take care of there tenants very good. Now if I was late on paying my rent I'd hate to see what would happenThoroughly dejusted

I am board member of Condo #82 which is Managed by Neil Bear, We are very happy with his management abilities and Knowledge of what to do in certain situations. His helpfulness on running and getting repairs done are great. I thank Larlyn Management for the cooperation he gets in answering any questions I have and returning them in a timely manner. If all the Managers working for Larlyn or the same caliper as Neil I would indorse them as a company to have manage any property that require management.

Extremely unprofessional company. I called in a few times and requested for information to lease out my townhome. A guy named Ajinthai called back and was very rude. He gave me incorrect information that their company doesn't deal with leasing and renting. I called back their head office and complained. I was told that someone will call back but no one called. Stay away from them.

WHERE to BEGIN!Well first I will say 100% ....DO NOT get this management company because you WILL regret it!They LIE......avoid contact and when they do it is a LIE...they don't pay the bills for work done ...at least this is what happened to us at our building!!!!We thankfully got rid of them as of April 1st...yesterday I receive a call that they did NOT pay our carpet cleaning that we had done in December.....they had my number because I called to tell them they did a good job when finished etc.....We had snow removal problems and couldn't get out of our parking lot because...they did NOT pay the bill!The garage maintenance company we had refused to come here any longer because they did NOT pay the bill!Get the picture???I could go on....Do the homework and read reviews before you hire!We now have a wonderful company running the building...it's like night and day!!But...Larlyn will be a continuing nightmare until this mess is straightened out for us...even after they are gone!!And ...THAT IS NO LIE!And just an FYI....I gave them 1 star only because you can't post unless you do....in all honestly they don't deserve even 1!!

Mismanagement, unprofessional ,unfortunately they are bunch of liars and frauds, my friend want to sublease his apartment to me so for the that application they ask sooo many questions and more over checking credit and follow all references and also need Guarantors then in the end after one week of requests ,They told me that everything in my application is perfect but they Denied the application for unknown reason I guess the manger have some relatives and she need my friend apartment for her self.

This company is deplorable.They are excruciating to deal with. There is a severe lack of professionalism and transparency, and they possess the most horrendous service skills I have ever encountered. Gaslighting, minimal to no action and making excuses, however, are a strong suit.Do your research and be sure to read every review carefully when it comes to this company. They have incredibly high turnover. There's reason for that.

Stay positive I can not believe what is going on in the Condo World. I am on a board and have experience with Larlyn. Please do not go the the PM we hope to leave. I hope to come back here.

Worst property managementWorst manager. Don’t buy or rent this property. We went to vacation to our back home. After we come back there was leakage or something in the unit below us. After we come back they charge us $1500. After we sent multiple email to property manager so many msg. We went to Office to meet them they refuse toMeet us when she came to know it’s the same person we are talking through email. On top of that they put extra $500 for lien on fee. And just sent one mail to us you have to pay this without any notice otherwise will charge you extra $1200.
