Always a great experience at this store. I am not handy and they always help me with all my questions. Smaller store so they might not always have everything you might need, but very knowledgeable and friendly.

Good spot to get things but you need to order anything larger like home renovations. Good for small hardware like nails and screws. Not much for hinges or handles for a cupboard. Angus needs a Canadian tire but our town dropped the ball and didn’t meet CT time lines which was reasonable by CT.

Nice little store. They don't always have everything I need, because it isn't necessarily the common things and a small store can only carry so much. But they've got most of the basics. Staff have always been friendly. Would love to see them expand and renovate the old store

This is the second time I gave gone to this store to exchange a propane gas tans and both times they gave me an empty tank!! Disgusting!! These tanks are very heavy and I should not have to go twice. Can you not keep tabs on which are empty and which are full ?

Staff is always around to answer questions and give suggestions. Easy to find what you're looking for and a pleasant visit every time.

Good experiences when I shop here. The only negative opinion I have towards there location is there hours of operation. Due to them closing at 5 through the week and closed on Sunday makes it very difficult for many people who work full time to make it there while there open

I recently bought an electric snow shovel from this store and it broke only in second use. When purchasing the store said it is returnable within 30 days no mention of opened or unopened.Now I m stuck with a broken snow shovel and the store is doing me a favor of sending parts of product but what do they expect a product that broke in one use will last. Instead of simply return a product, the store and company have made this a nightmare and completely harassed both me and my wife on phone by calling us that we dont know how to use products.So much confusion and chaos and they purposely try to make life of customer very hard, not what I expected from a reputed store.Product: Radley snow shovel
