I used LexStart's services to incorporate my first business in the province of Québec and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.I purchased the service I needed online, and knew exactly how much it was going to cost me ahead of time. I got to fill the required forms online right after checking out - no waiting at all.As they were reviewing the information I submitted, I was called twice by their experts in order to clarify a few things and help avoid potential delays on the government's side.After that, it took a few days for the request to be processed by the government's agencies. As soon at the request was accepted, I got an email from LexStart providing me with all of the information and documents I needed along with detailed guidance on what needed to be done on my side from that point on.They also referred me to an accounting professional and put me in contact with the BNC (at my request) in order for me to create my bank accounts.Finally, a couple days later I received the last few legal documents I needed from them, along with instructions on what to do with them.Overall, the process was very smooth and speedy, the service was affordable, and the people I spoke to were all calm and polite. 100% would recommend!
