Silk Whispers (Silk Arias)

Not a great experience. Had to go back to the store 3 times after trying it on. They did not even make any changes the 3rd time. Highly do not recommend this store. Look elsewhere.

Called them to cancel an order, the sales associate was just giving we the run around. Refused to cancel the order, refunding it or exchanging it. Basically gave many excesses, like stating the order is custom made when it isn't at all, so therefore final sale and no exchanges. Then offering to exchanging it for something in the store. Finally saying that she can't make the decision and needs to talk to the manager, and I had to call back. Called them back a few times but they never answered any calls. They were also so aggressive throughout the entire time I was shopping there. I would never shop here anymore nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

We used this store to rent the Chinese dress for my wedding. Working with Candy was amazing and the rest of the team were super friendly and kind. We got lots of compliments for my dress which was altered to fit better. Highly recommend!
