Sonnie was absolutely invaluable to our kitchen reno!! She went above and beyond. Her expertise, and knowledge helped us create our dream kitchen. She remembers little details of our family and asks the next time we see her. Makes me feel like more than a customer. She truest cares, knows her stuff. Jesse did our install and is a very talented personable carpenter. Definitely recommend Casey’s for your kitchen remodel. From the beginning of the process the communication and planning was made easy for us. Thank you guys! I honestly can’t say enough about Sonnie or Jesse.

We had a new house built through VanderMolen and Casey's Kitchen was contracted by them to do our kitchen. It took them 13+ months and 4+ trips to our house to fix all the issues from a 30 day warranty filled out in January of 2022. They repeatedly ordered the wrong colours or parts for the installer to fix in one shot. They used the excuse that the orders are on back order and it will take time. We have emails from them apologizing that they made the mistakes when ordering the parts.There is no excuse whatsoever as they failed on multiple attempts. After all the frustration they didn't want to give any compensation for all the troubles and frustrations they caused. I asked for one thing and they shot it down quickly. They never even offered to counter my suggestion by giving a discount for what we are asking for.I would not recommend them. Bad customer service and the owner simply doesn't care about his customers.

My wife and I built a house and the builder used Casey's as their kitchen cabinet provider. Our designer, Brianne and her assistant Danielle, were both great to work with, helping us maximize our useable space and ensure we had a kitchen that both met our needs and our budget.We built during Covid and there were definitely some hiccups and frustrations in the quality of the cabinetry installed initially. However, Robin and her service team did a great job in ensuring that things got addressed and repaired/replaced to meet the standard we were expecting. Super happy with the customer service experience overall, as well as the finished product for our kitchen.

We find company reviews key in choosing a company to deal with, especially when it involves unfamiliar territory, such as kitchen renovations. We would like to share our experience with, Casey's Creative Kitchen. Starting with the design, Lauraine did an exceptional job designing a very functional kitchen. She quickly learned our tastes and put together a plan that worked perfectly for us. The quality of cabinets is excellent! We are very happy with the look and quality. The installer (Bob) was very professional and very meticulous (he even let our dog in & out when we weren’t home). Any appointment’s where arranged with a small 1hour window and workers arrived on time, every time. Appointment reminders were always given in an email with a very descriptive explanation of what was expected of us and what we needed to do to be ready for workers. The warranty and post service is second to none. Any items of concern have been quickly repaired or replaced with no questions asked. Even after payment in full we have received the same quality of service. This seems unheard of in this day and age. I give Casey's Creative Kitchen a 10/10 and highly recommend them!!Ron & Marlene

We are very pleased with the results of our kitchen. From the initial meeting Casey’s kitchen was professional, creative, and worked closely with us to ensure they were providing us with the design we desired. Alejandro, our designer met with us many times as we worked to choose exactly what was right for us. The design was fantastic and the final result exceeded our expectations. Our install team was incredible. They were polite, kind, professional and did an extraordinary job. Overall our experience was second to none. I would highly recommend Casey’s creative kitchens for your next remodel.

So happy with our kitchen from Casey's. Our designer Angeline was so helpful and always available for us through the entire process. A few of our family and friends also have Casey’s kitchens, couldn't recommend enough!

Casey's completed a new kitchen for us in 2019 and we were very happy with the results. Lauraine Powers, who managed the design, was a pleasure to work with. She worked up a great design for us, and she was quick and responsive. She was also very helpful recommend other businesses and trades to us, so that we could plan the work accordingly.The quality of the cabinets is excellent. Solid wood, custom built and installed. Henry Harder, The finishing carpenter who did most of the custom trim work was a true craftsman.I'd recommend them to anyone, and would go back to Casey's for other reno work, like a bathroom, in the future. Great local company.

So very happy with my new kitchen. After years of watching decorating shows and flipping through magazines, Jessica their designer took what I was trying to envision and made it happen. Jessica listened to me, and understood the look I was wanting and designed the perfect kitchen for me. She put her professional flare on my countertop, granite sink and hardware choices. The cabinets are well constructed and the professional installation by their carpenter was amazing. Everything came together in a timely manner, and we couldn't be more pleased. It isn't a big kitchen, but we felt the team at Casey's still showed it the same talent and detail they would have for a bigger project.

We contracted with Casey's last October with one large kitchen up and one smaller kitchen down plus a good sized laundry/mud room , my experience so far has been at most a 2 out of 10 ( VERY POOR )The communication has been minimal with no connection with their different departments , the workmanship has been filled with mistake after mistake , cabinets the wrong size , pieces missing , doors missing ,broken slabs , and critical items changed or missing by Casey's to make the kitchen properly operational as well as continually having to bring other sub trades to finish their work at a lot of additional cost to us , their response is this is service work and that is likely another 6 weeks !!! when in fact it is basic and simple things that should be done in the install period , however their installers used about 35% of there time fixing the mistakes and then were pulled off and now magically the remaining work is service ??????????????We are ready to move in and now we are stuck because of Casey's ,we are approximately over 7 months in with Casey's with no immediate end in site .They seem to not care for us now that we have had to pay them 95% of the value up front and have no leverage or say at the table any more .BEWARE of what they tell you they will do , as we have been let down and continue to be let down .

It is with great appreciation that we write this review about our recently renovated kitchen by Casey’s. Our designer, Alejandro was personable and helpful and worked patiently along with us offering creative and practical suggestions reflecting our unique preferences and needs. He was always available for questions or suggestions and recommended an excellent contractor and was attentive and responsive during the entire renovation process. The installers were highly professional, careful, quick and efficient and in keeping with Casey’s ongoing attention to service, there was a detailed final inspection to check the final product. The inspector, Jeff, carefully checked the fine details to be sure all was in good working order. We even had a special visit from the under cabinet lighting sales manager to be sure the lights were operational and installed perfectly. We both highly recommend Casey’s Creative Kitchens for anyone considering a kitchen renovation. This is a company with the highest standards that brings pride and excellence to kitchen renovating.
