Excellent customer service, anytime I call the store or go in I’m always greeted with friendly and knowledgable staff. The item I wanted was on sale and I’m very happy with it. It’s nice to have great customer service. Unlike some places where they talking to you without even looking at you because they’re looking at their phone.

I've gone to this location twice, the staff are absolutely phenomenal with customer service including product knowledge. I recently quit smoking, was clueless, ask many questions, I did not feel I was intruding or wasting there time . I recommend this location 110%. Thank you!

Can't really ask for a better experience. First time in the store, every store has different brands that they sell, so I had to be vague and ask for a strong tobacco flavor. Josiah hooked me up, and then pitched the loyalty program, saved me $5 on my first purchase and got me in my way to collecting points. They aren't slouches in the design department either. Place looks great! Just bumped to my number one shop in town.

Best vape shop in the city !!!Between this location and the South Albert location I frequent, I've been treated nothing short of superb by the staff. The stores have the biggest selection of product and variety, the best prices, highly knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff, along with customer loyalty that extends any other vape store I've been to.
