The supervisor working there on May 16th at 10am doesn’t care about people genuinely. Defective cup spilled all inside of my brand new vehicle.. Hung up the phone on me during a complaint. Head office then proceeded to give me differing information than the supervisor that was actually helpful. Terrible supervisor that should be ashamed of themselves, pathetic excuse for a human being

I stopped by Starbucks and grabbed some snacks. It is very clean and spacious. I tried the lemon cake pop and the cinnamon coffee cake.The lemon cake pop was really sweet, but it's not really my thing. However, the cinnamon coffee cake wasn't bad. I asked for it to be warmed up, but it wasn't very warm, maybe because it was busy at the time and the staff didn't notice. When I got home, I heated it up a bit more and it tasted better. Overall, they were both quite sweet.

Great service, they have many people working here which make service faster and drinks taste great. Before I used to bring my computer at sit in this location and it’s a nice place to get some work done or study. Also staff are usually friendly here.

Staff were nice, but run off their feet.Very busy location. All tables were taken, so we took our order to go. Our order was accurate and made as quickly as possible despite them being so busy.

Update: it seems they've made improvements since my review. so im changing my rating to a 4 star.Good number of seats, good decor and cozy lighting. Starbucks is one of my fav places to work at.old review:Waiting 15-20 minute for a $7 drink containing mostly ice is not reasonable. For a coffee chain that is so expensive, I expected better.

I’m not sure what happened today but they took forever to find the mobile order I put in (minutes beforehand on the app). This has never happened to me before. The service was incredibly slow in the drive through as well during the morning rush hour.

My biggest complaint was the very slow service. I chose to enter the coffee house instead of the drive-thru. There were only 2 people in line ahead of me and it took 10 minutes to receive my tea after I placed my order. That's not cool Starbucks. With all this extra time standing around waiting, I noticed how unwelcoming the location presented itself. I probably won't go back to this location anytime soon.

Had a green tea drink over ice. Was refreshing. Very nice customer service and lot of indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor patio area had umbrellas and flowers.

I'm consistently disappointed honestly. I used to come regularly for black coffee but I would occasionally grab the brown sugar oat espresso & egg bites. It's really a hit or miss, which is disappointing because it's $13 for the wrong egg bites and a drink. I'm opting to just buy a sous vide egg maker and make my own brown sugar syrup at home. Fast food is dying, attention to detail and service is also dying... I'm giving up on starbucks ✌️

This is a clean and well kept store. Service at the drive through is great but in store service can be hit and miss.
