I can't say enough about this company. My elder father had a knee replacement and his planned caregiving fell through. I called RAHC on a Sunday and they had support for him on Monday. With a sweet voice of compassion and care on the other end. Crystal has been over the top supportive. Their staff is off the charts wonderful. They cook, clean, walk the dog, do laundry, ....and a million other things...and are gentle caring companions. They also drive to medical apptmts and are awesome with schedule flexibility. Crystal has been nothing but supportive with several schedule changes because of family visits and dad's changing needs. After dad has healed, these people will be in my back pocket as dad's needs change over time. So so grateful that this company is there. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ash and his team have always been kind and professional. I was very nervous when I found myself in the position of requiring help for a sudden and upsetting family situation. Ash spoke to me with such compassion and I felt very well taken care of. I knew that we were in the right hands, as he was able to help answer so many of our questions and most importantly he made sure my mother was treated with dignity and respect. I will never forget their help- I can’t thank Ash and RHC enough.

My family has had the wonderful support of Right At Home for several years. My Grandmother was able to stay in the comfort of her own home with the support of the friendly Right at home staff, until her passing.Now as my aunt suffers from COPD we can call on the Right At Home staff to assist her whenever needed. I can tell you that in our experience that right from management to co-ordinators and the PSW's are all very friendly and truly care about the clients. I highly recommend Right At Home.

As an employee of RAH I can honestly say it is the best job I have ever had. The clients I help out become my extended family while I am working with them and I often stay in touch with them once my time with them ends. The owner and my supervisor are fantastic, they are very accommodating and are there for me when I have questions or concerns. Great place to work.

What can I say about Crystal, her staff and all of the caregivers? They helped my mother for 3.5 years almost daily. They were caring, they were prompt, they were reliable, they were flexible (made adjustments when there wasn't a fit between the staff and my mother), and they showed compassion. Right at Home Caledon made a huge impact on my mother's well being. They were simply the best. RH

I have now spoken to Crystal a handful times inquiring about care for my in-laws. Each time she has been the most supportive, kind and helpful person I could have asked to speak with during a stressful time in our lives. She has gone above and beyond any expectations I had when placing the call offering very insightful advice and tips on how to manage our situation with the patient's best care in mind. She is comforting and reassuring and you can't help feel like you are speaking to someone who is equally vested in providing the best care for your loved one.
