Ali did a pre and post energy assessment of our house for the purpose of receiving the BC Government Greener Homes Grant and Loan. Ali is an absolutely amazing professional! From booking, to the inspection itself Ali was outstanding. He is punctual, accurate and very attentive to details. He is really fun to talk to as well and went above and beyond by offering advice regarding all the green things I could do to our house and general building construction. If it wasn't for him noticing the stale air in my attic I probably would not have had the ventilation and insulation fixed which would have led to major problems down the road. We made some major changes to our house and added an air source heat pump. Ali double checked everything we did to make sure it was necessary and applicable for the rebates.
