Definitely my favorite hobby store in town! Lots of variety for whatever you are looking for. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate how they made the health and safety of their staff and customers a top priority even after restrictions lifted, made me feel very comfortable going in to shop or play games.

Placed an order for cards they didn't have, took them days to notify me and they still haven't issued a refund a week later. No working phone number to call, overall think im sticking to other stores.

I bring the kids every few weeks to do some Pokémon opening. This time did not disappoint. Very friendly staff, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A++++

With a massive selection of all kinds of hobby products from Magic the Gathering, to Warhammer 40k, to enticing board games you may have never even heard of before there are myriad reasons to stop in and check out Red Dragon. Not to mention the incredible amounts of play room for your hobby gaming (some of the 40k terrain is mind blowing,) and the ownership and staff at Red Dragon are never far off to help answer your questions. One of the biggest reasons I continually find myself back at their shop is how easy to get along with the staff are. They also happen to have one of the best stocks of Dragon Shields this side of the city. And are open late into the evening most nights. Hands down my go to hobby shop in Ottawa, even if it were out of the way it would be more worth going to than the alternatives in the area.

I didn’t see any comics, but it was nice reminiscing over role playing games and model figures etc. I may have stopped in during game sessions though after school. I’ll pop in again at a different time.

Amazing store, if your looking for anything from Warhammer, magic cards, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, comic books or even board games I would highly recommend checking their store out , wonderful knowledgeable staff , if you haven't been I would suggest checking them out especially in the east end area of Ottawa.

I've rewritten this review. Based on the final development of my order, I would definitely reorder and recommend this store.I made an order at Red Dragon and received the package quiet fast. Even though I found the shipping price a bit steep, it was well packaged and have nothing to complain about.My issue was that one of the cards (that happen to be the most expensive one) was a bit damaged. Not in a horrible shape, but just enough to be disappointed. I had some polite and civilized mail exchanged with the store, but was still disappointed in the resolution. Then, Dan, the owner, contacted me personally and made sure we came to a agreement. Seeing his reaction, I have now full confidence on buying again at his store. He's a gentleman ;)

Nice LGS in the Orleans area. They have a wide selection of board games at the back. Like seriously. Good for any fans of MTG and Warhammer as they have weekly meet-up for these. Friendly staff and customer service is great.

I ordered mtg singles and I made a simple request for shipping to be refunded since they had a shipping error on their end (inaccurate online inventory, incomplete order), and they refused. I would not have placed the order had I known it would not be complete (significantly less value on the order so I couldn’t really justify the shipping costs anymore + I would now have to pay additional shipping elsewhere because of their error), but they would not acknowledge my point of view. I feel like they gave me a lot of hassle for such a simple request, which was caused by them, and they never did refund the shipping.Not to mention, they shipped out the order as if everything was normal, and when I excitedly got my order in the mail, I realized that $12-worth of cards wasn’t included, and I had to reach out to customer service myself for the refund. They even had an ‘x’ beside the item in question on the printed order copy that I received, indicating that they knew that it wasn’t included, but they still shipped as a complete order?Horrendous customer service, very disorganized, inaccurate online singles inventory.
