The gentleman was on time, freindly, proffesional and was very polite when I asked the million and one questions I had in respect to my machine. We had experience with a larger" service company that could only give us an appointment 1 month later. This led us to Pro Electro who came in a few days. Our 8-yr-old range had problems before but this was different. The technician isolated the defective part and tried to source it but it was backordered. I was able to find one on ebay and the tech returned to install it along with a new connector. All throughout the process I was met with excellent communication mainly by text and the serviceman was entirely polite

Fantastic service! We called them to help install a new heating element in our dryer. The repairman was able to come the next day and fixed it on the spot. Very professional, polite, and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will call again next time I need repairs.
