I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of the Kronos drivers, it was very hard to communicate with him as he was very aggressive and agitated, I did not appreciate how he swore at me with bad language and treated me with disrespect.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Called ahead to make sure they had a product. They said they did. Drove an hour to pick it up. Oh they don't have it. But they have the not prepared stuff. Okay so I can just make it myself. No problem. Pay for it. Wait 30 minutes to pick it up from their receiving. Then I'm told they have it..... waste of time. Don't use these people. Best part was listening to one of the delivery drivers talk about how he hit someone with his truck and that it was her fault. And everyone was laughing. Pretty terrible company.

What is this truck doing on the road? Seen driving around Spadina and front. Took a picture after I was on my way back. The side door is open for delivery. There’s no right answer. The truck is loaded with half a door. I don’t care about your drivers but the people on the road don’t deserve to be around that.

Do NOT trust this company. They mishandle packages frequently and throw hundreds of excuses at customers instead of owning up to their mistakes. Poorly managed, and pitiful service. They have been reported to the BBB for malpractice.

Witnessed one of their supply trucks traveling nearly twice the speed in town in down poor conditions....If they were not driving so fast the old lady on the side walk would not have had the large puddle on the ground evenly dispersed all over her....At least the name was on the side of the truck so I could write this wonderful review a forever cross this name off my business list...By chance my dash cam was not working or id have sent it to the local authorities as well...If the company has any real commitment to its slogan and cares to investigate, it was approximately 9:40 a.m. May 1st on Bayfield St. Barrie.

This is a company that does not want to take responsibility for damages that their delivery trucks do to nearby homes. In Sept. 2021, one of their delivery trucks drove through and destroyed my front yard. I have an eyewitness and pictures of the damage. However, I have reached out to them numerous times and gave them all the related evidence but they refuse to take responsibility and do the right thing and pay for the repairs. This is not an upstanding company.To be precise, this is a review of the management, not the employees. On the phone, the employees have been helpful. The management? Much less so.
