Yesterday I went to Gloss Hair Studio for a massive hair transition and couldn't be more pleased. After a year of having red hair, I decided to go back to blonde (which is not an easy feat) and I put my trust in Chris and his team to make it happen.Not only did my hair turn out beautifully, but Chris was upfront about the process and the potential possibility that I might need to accomplish my 'hair goal' in a couple different steps. Having had different experiences elsewhere, this was pleasantly refreshing and I was sincerely grateful for his customer service and knowledge.Chris and his team are kind, professional, and do whatever they can to make their clients feel comfortable and valued while delivering top-notch hair services. My first time at Gloss, for a cut by Kate who has started working there recently. I'm very pleased! Nice open location. Airy and spacious. Feels safe. All protocols followed.I've been going to Kate for my haircuts for several years, and followed her here because I really like the way she works.It was great to finally get a specialist to set things straight, after two cuts done by myself.
