V Nails Lacombe

I came in yesterday for a fill. The man who did my nails cut me multiple times with the drill file. He kept telling me to relax my hands but I kept drawing away as he was hurting me. I have 4 cuts around my cuticles on multiple fingers. The fill took him almost 2 hours. It was awful. I will never be going back.

a little disappointed, called ahead was told $55 for a fill. came in took just about 2 hours and then was charged almost $69. when i asked was told it’s more for painted on french, which is fine but then please let your costumers know this before hand.only reason for 3 stars is because she was very nice and accommodated moving my time for me.

Very happy. came out better then I thought it would. Good prices this new gel set (with designs and everything included) was cheaper then my go to spot for just one color.

I do not recommend v nails. They cut up my hands, and left my nails jagged and bumpy. They asked me to pay half way through my service to not wreck the polish grabbing my wallet? Never heard of that before. The nail polish was so bubbly and bumpy that I asked if they could just remove it and receive a refund for the manicure portion. They wouldn’t give me any of the $90 back and told me that because I didn’t use shellac that’s what happens to regular polish. I Have never had an issue with bubbly nail polish. My toenails also look bubbly and aren’t painted all the way down to the bottom. I would have just left it alone had they refunded the price of the manicure but out right refused. My nails are bloody and look worse than when I went in. I left crying and frustrated. I’m very pregnant and really wanted a nice service and some help as it’s hard to do on my own. Paying that much money to look worse is just not fair. I typically wouldn’t say anything, but just a warning if you are planning a little self care, try somewhere else!

Excellent manicure and I was pleased that my cuticles looked cleaner than they ever had. Customer service was also excellent.

Best and longest pedicure I've ever had !! Best massage chair too ! And the friendliest staff!! And they had a special pedicure chair for my daughter !

vnails is the best nail salon ive ever gone to! the staff was all so friendly and my nail tech was always asking if i was happy with how my nails were coming along. the other staff was engaging and i was even offered something to drink which was so nice! i felt welcomed from the time i came to the time i left. the music choice was great- relaxing but upbeat at the same time, and the salon is very clean. i can't wait to go back!

I went with my sister for pedi and not onlyDid the lady ask if I was pregnant which I’m not but they gave me an infection in my big toe. I will never ever go there again to get a pedicure!

Made a appointment for 4 people and were told they could accommodate for all of us to be done at the same time and it was terrible. They do not have staff to accommodate 4 people. They only have 3 people working.. I was Also not told u had to wear a mask.. Then they took a walk in and now only two staff to try to get us all done. Two of us waited with our feet in cold water for 40mins... unbelievable.... the one Person getting gel was done first when the other two that waited for 40 mins were just getting normal polish which should of been done first to allow the polish to dry..: but no ended up frustrated and left with wet polish and as you can see it’s already been smeared... and even the nails are crooked... very terrible experience. Will not be going back and highly don’t recommend. Sad because I was so excited to have a new nail place in lacombe. :(
