CIBC Branch with ATM

I went this branch to let them know about my brother who passed away and there was lady .her name is “Scarlet” started to speak in other language .we felt discriminated.and she didnt help us to close his card as she said book an appointment and come back .we have asked to book an appointment for us and she didnt even listened our preferred timings and booked an appointment as still I coudnt make it due to my work schedule,

Worst Bank and Branch Ever!!! The Drive-Thru ATM is broken and lost my $200 and the manager doesn't pick up the call either. Staff is somewhat friendly but not helpful at all. Please don't go here

I like this CIBC branch because it is near the mall and it drive thru which saves alot of time. Even there customer service is very good and they ask customers for coffee and water if they have to wait as some of branchs have coffee machines but it is rear I have seen employees asking customers to have coffee or tea

Really hectic to deal with the staff working over there . different rules! each day !made for their convenience for every day banking .CIBC should workout something that can Give better and efficient training to their staff .

Had to go to the bank as there was a fraud charge, I was nervous as it was my first fraud charge, and this nice young woman was so patient, and made me feel comfortable and told me everything they were doing and the next steps. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT!!

Great bank, the vestibule is closed at night from 11 pm to 630 am . The drive through is open though.

I’ve been dealing with this branch for over 40 years. Sadly their customer service has gone down hill. My recent dealings with “Chris” i think that’s his name as he is insignificant to me right now. I was asking a question regarding an error with them not knowing how to subtract 6 from 9. He argued with me and said his screen showed the correct number and didn’t know what I was looking at. When I asked for him to email it to me he “suddenly realized” I was correct and didn’t apologize but instead made an excuse for the fact the bank can’t subtract. Why I’m writing this review is because what came next was unacceptable. He laughed at me when I stated $1200 is a big deal for me and that I’m trying to pay my house off so I can retire. Why he found that comical I don’t know. It’s called lack of respect but since Michelle took over the branch I’m not surprized. It’s disgusting how they treat seniors.

The ATM portion is great especially the drive-thru ATM that's open 24 hours now going into the bank some of the staff are extremely rude that's why it's only 4 *

I very rarely leave bad reviews, but I recently moved to London and, after going to this branch several times, have never dealt with such a poorly managed CIBC team.The staff at this branch have terrible customer service skills. It is rare to get a smile or a friendly welcome from any staff member. Frequently there will be multiple people working, but only one will see clients.I took the bus to this branch because my PIN number was not working.The lady said she had reactivated my card, but it is still locked, so now I have to travel back to my branch to try and have this issue resolved a second time.As a paying client, I am sick of being poorly treated by staff members.
