Worst car manufacturer in Canada, I've been stuck with a brand new car full of problems since day one.Contacted multiple times to complain about the dealership tactics and their poor service but kept lying and avoiding my requests. Taking them to court

as long as your car in not under the warranty anymore, don't expect any help from them

This is a terrible company to deal with given all the issues that are plaguing their cars. If you like frequent visits to the stealership and terrible customer service then you should buy a BMW. I had nothing but trouble with their cars which appear to be well made on the exterior, but some engine parts are made with some cheap parts and will not last long.BMW cars are incredibly difficult to fix and they ensure that you head for the stealership for the slightest issue. Even their car battery is unique! Do not expect reliability! If you want to have peace of mind, then go for a Lexus and another reliable brand instead. I will never buy a BMW.

BMW Buyer BewareI own a 2017 BMW M240i and a 2017 Nissan Frontier.I have had my BMW in many times for various things over the years but this one obviously bothers me. If I insert my thumb drive with 1200 mp3 songs on it in my Frontier. All songs show up and you can even sort by song or title and select what you want. It does what it is supposed to do. If I insert the same thumb drive in my BMW only 269 of the 1200 mp3s show up. No titles. No artist names. Just track numbers. You can just guess what song is playing and what happened to the other 931 songs? Twice when the BMW was in for servicing, I asked the dealer to look at this. The last time I was there the dealer told me they updated the software, and everything was up to date. I believe they did this as all the pre-set stations were gone. Unfortunately, the same result. No titles. No artist names. Just track numbers. My question to BMW is: Why can Nissan with a vehicle half the price of this BMW figure out how to display MP3s and my expensive BMW can’t?
