Always exceptional care for my dog. He has gone there since he was a puppy and he likes it there as they take such good care of him!

The staff here are always amazing. They are so friendly and make sure you are happy. Knowledgeable and and very helpful. The care our dogs receive is amazing as well. Our bot can't wait for his yearly check up.

This is not our 'family/pet' clinic because they are further away from us than ours (we love ours as well). But I wanted to post a review as this is the 2nd emergency that they have been able to squeeze in for us when ours couldn't. They are very compassionate & understanding, and I can't relay my gratitude enough at their service & professionalism. If this is YOUR 'family/pet' clinic - then please count your blessings, because they are absolutely amazing and you are VERY lucky!!!

The team at Bear Creek Animal Clinic are always so prompt, professional, and positive. You can really feel how much the staff loves animals and the care that goes into treating them. The vets are always happy to answer any questions you may have and give great advice on helping maintain your pets wellness.Raja loves the staff and is always happy to see them.

My dog got into some fox talks through all the snow and on super short notice Jamie and Dr. Sinclair got her in found the issue and got her all fixed up for me. Couldn't be more thankful for their expertise and ability to get her in and looked after so quickly. Thank you so much

I'd like to give 2 stars, as previously Bear Creek had been great to deal with. This had become my pups' clinic locally, seeing them for annual shots and more recently teeth removal surgery last year. About a month ago I called for an appointment as my Boston was experiencing some discomfort and illness (not acting like himself). I had got booked in after a days wait and brought him in. They diagnosed him with kennel cough (as he was coughing and spitting up) and really treated the situation as such. The vet just pressed on his trachea and listened to vitals. Prescribing medication for a week, treating him as if he's contagious and to rest up. THIS WAS A MISDIAGNOSIS! They never asked for a follow up, or to do further testing (blood work, ultrasound etc). 2 weeks later my dog became violently ill, unable to eat, walk or control himself. I IMMEDIATELY called, they asked for symptoms over the phone; then proceeded to tell me sorry

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dr. Schmiemann and the staff at bearcreek. Our very old boxer experienced a cardiac event and required an emergency visit. They were incredibly compassionate, kind and supportive and helped us navigate a very scary situation in a really positive way. Our sweet old man recieved the best possible care and came home with us, with a plan to help him live his best old dog life. Thank you all.
